I was very impressed by this business. They went above and beyond of what was expected. The salesman i spoke to was so knowledgeable, attentive and one of the most professional individuals i have met. The pure excitement of him informing me of all the different products and why i should look at all my options, and this is what made Ferrari of San Diego stand out in the most incredible way, the salesman explained all my options to detail and assured me to take as much time as i needed, but the reason this experience stood out was i never once asked him for this valuable information but it was his duty to go above and beyond to accommodate any of my needs. Needless to say the conversation lasted almost 45 minutes as were indulging on topics of success, failures and most importantly to know one has wealth yet have the ability to remain humble. This company understands professionals like myself and i highly recommended anyone who is interested in a luxury vehicle take a stroll by this Ferrari dealership first, it might just be the first and only dealership you go to as i am sure anyone will have an amazing experience here. The entire Ferrari of San Diego team has been excellent to deal with from top to bottom. I’ve purchased two cars from them, both times working with Murray. Murray is not only knowledgeable, but is reliable, honest and his customer service is beyond satisfactory. I live in NC with two Ferrari dealers within 2 hours of me and I’m still buying my F cars from Murray at Ferrari of San Diego.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Ferrari 488 spider. Murray is awesome. He made everything so easy and was available to answer any questions. I am an out of state buyer and he even made himself available to go over the car once it was delivered. Murray is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. He is honest which means a lot especially when you can’t see the car in person. The car was everything Murray told me and more. I can’t say enough about Murray. He is a true professional. I highly recommend Murray if you are looking for a Ferrari.

visiting from San Francisco and went in with my little cousin, was going to buy a t shirt and show my cousin the cars. lady at the front was nice and said someone would “be out to help us”, after that we sat unhelped for twenty minutes before leaving. I get we’re not buying any cars but it’s not too hard to sell a tshirt to a family. Ferrari of Silicon Valley has much better service, if you’re ever in the area!

We were shopping around for a new car when we arrived at the dealership we were met by a sales rep by the name of Scott, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and patient. He spent and in ordinate amount of time in showing us different vehicles and test driving several cars without any pressure. I’ve bought an exotic from a different dealer before. I was so enamored with buying the car, I looked past the absolutely horrid customer service from that dealer. Didn’t disclose everything about the car, didn’t respond to questions, took almost a month to ship the car to me, etc.. Awful. This time I was going in with my eyes wide open and Scotty didn’t disappoint. He was so responsive and so helpful, making this experience amazing. Truly what I would expect from a high end agent and more. Thank you to him and the other staff that made it happen. I’ll refer anyone I know looking for a high end automobile to him.

Got be worse car dealer I’ve ever had done buss with ! Took 3 weeks get car to me now I’ve still not gotten my tag ! 30 days later car sits garage they say can’t get temp tag they made no effort to get me a temp or my tag put me off every day ! To point I’ve got no choice legal action ! That bad ! If you buy car better ask them lot questions and then check ! Gm I’m on it I’ll get something done not talk him since !

Ferrari of San Diego is excellent in customer service. Murray helped me purchase a new Ferrari Roma. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and always responsive. He helped with the initial design phase, and then helped when I changed my mind several months later and wanted a different spec. Once the car arrived at the dealer, Murray was great at explaining all the options for buying and what the pros and cons of each option would be. Overall, it was beyond compare to any other car dealer experience.

I've known one of the managers here, Hunter, for many years since he was actually with West Coast Exotics where i had sold him a car years ago. I'm in the market for a new sports car and decided the GTC4 Lusso could be a good fit for me and added it to my list of cars to test drive. I set up an appointment with Hunter, who introduced me to one of his top sales guys, Zach Lara. We took the GTC4 Lusso out for a test drive. It's a great car and you of course have to love the sound of that V12! However, after test driving a handful of cars in a few days I realized that ultimately I really want the feel of a manual transmission and unfortunately Ferrari does not offer anything at the moment with one. I am sure i will buy a Ferrari one day though, and I will be sure to keep Zach's contact information in my phone book for it. If you're in the market for a new or used Ferrari, Ferrari of San Diego is a premiere location with some AMAZING cars in the showroom. 5 stars all around.
