even though my car is older, they still treated my car very well and went above and beyond! i got my dash replaced and everything looks great. 10/10 in all aspects. customer service was great & krystina was great to work with! they also kept their word on the quote i was quoted! inspecting my car even though i didn’t ask for it leveled up the experience.

After several good visits last year, I've experienced two visits over the last two weeks that have been poor. They seem to be currently plagued by overly long service times (over 24 hour turn around for 25,000 mile service plus oil change), a shortage of loaners to accomodate the longer service times, and an inability to communicate proactively with customers about loaner availability, etc. I have a long daily commute and I am the sole member of my one vehicle household, and leaving my vehicle for several days for simple services is not realistic. This week I was told on Monday I could drop my vehicle off on Wednesday at a certain time, for a service recall, and could get a loaner. On Wednesday I was texted to complete the loaner paperwork. I cleaned out my vehicle, moved work meetings, and traveled to the service department, only to be told when I arrived that there were no loaners available (for a service repair that I was told would need 24 hour turnaround, thus the need for a loaner). Very disappointing and hard to believe that this is a Lexus-level experience. Proactive communication about loaner availability and service back-ups could have helped significantly.

I have been taking my car for service at this dealership for 20 years. I have been working with Andy Amenta for the last 5-6 years. I highly recommend asking for him as your service advisor. He is up front with the estimated cost and always helps you to save money through service bundles. The service technician sends you a video while your car is on the lift and indicates all measurements (tires, brake pads, etc.). Andy calls right away if there are additional repairs identified during inspection, and gives you a new estimated time frame for completion. If a part needs to be ordered or the repair is going to take more than one day, you are allowed to keep the loaner car from the dealership overnight.

My Lexus RX450h showed a check engine light in!. Some kind of serious trouble. I had it towed to the dealer and they determined it was a fuel tank problem. It needed to be replaced, along with routine service. The part needed to be ordered and it took a couple of days. There was communication all along the way with my excellent service advisor. I don’t know how the price compares with anybody else working on it because I only go to this dealer due to experience and trust.

I recently experienced a 90,000 mile maintenance visit, which as always, was terrific. My Service Advisor, Andy Amenta, was also—as always—extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful in so many ways. As Lexus leadership likes to say, he treated me as though I was “valued as a customer.” That car of mine is 10+ years old, and despite how much I’ve loved it, I’m now considering moving to a more current model. Even though it was very busy in the service department, Andy also took time to chat about various options which I sincerely appreciated. A great visit to a great dealership.

Experience was good. I bought a brand new Lexus. They were quick and responsive with my maintenance needs. Only thing was, I called in for an oil change and recall service. They only completed my recall. I ask them did they do an oil change, and they said the car was not due yet. I told them I specifically requested an oil change when I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior. Lexus did the oil change after I mentioned it. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service. They were professional and responsive to my car care needs and ensured it was completed. Informed me every step of the service. I would recommend them to others.

This was my first maintenance service. My Rep. was Ramon he has good customer service. The only service problem I saw was that they gave me a loaner, I asume the loaner had just been returned. It was dirty and smelled terrible like shrimp or seafood . I’m almost sure Ramon smelled the car because he rolled down the Windows when he brought me the car and left them down. Other than that everything went well. I do appreciate very much that Ramon was very understanding when I didn’t hear my phone ring a day before at 8:48 am so I had to return the car at 8:48 on Friday and he allowed be to return the car Friday at 4pm after my drs. Appt going back home.
