Ok service but they have the SLOWEST worker ever! The cashier had 10 people in line and was moving so slow, it took me 35 minutes just to pay for my car that was already serviced and waiting for me outside. Also, they won't let you pay until after the work is done. They have 3 registers and only use one. Really not respectful of people's time!

Took my car here for the first time ever. Wake up the next day and a puddle of oil under my car. I come the next day to try and get them to fix it and they tell me I need to pay more... what a joke . Don't brig your car here. They don't care about your car. It's worth spending the extra money on a company who cares.

Don't go there! I had the worst experience! Too bad I got the warranty for my tires! It took three times to get what I paid! Got warranty for my tires and is almost impossible to get service even with an appointment! I got the worst customer service and I even got harassed by one of the employees! I wish I can get reimbursed, so I never have to return to get what I pay for it! Believe I will send an email to their corporate office!

It took almost 2 hours. Not only was it super slow, you could not even drop you car off and leave. You had to stay there the whole entire time. Only once my car was actually being service was I able to leave. Communication was non-existent and when my car was finally done they did not call me.

There was around 7 cars in front of me It took 2 hours before the guy comes to my car and I can leave keys Another hour and half before finished Note it was on a Wednesday Usually they are fast around hour and half Go to jiffy lube. I had to stay, because I need oil change and jiffy lube was closed

I changed my tires at Walmart. And they take forever to give you an appointment and adding to that good luck getting time to get your tires rotated. Then I purchase the tires the insurance. I got a flat tire and obviously they let me waiting for 3 hours and making me being late to work and don’t event know why Walmart offer rotation of tires and tire repair services if they do not have the enough personal and time to take care of customers. Definitely Walmart is not recommended for auto care services at all!

The auto care team are great. This goes to corporate for not allowing customers who purchased tires to be able to make an appointment to rotate tires. They only want the sale and do not care that it took from 7AM ( first customer there) took until 10:09 AM for a balance and rotate. Unacceptable and not worth the lifetime balance and rotate purchased .

Pleasant staff but a very long wait for 2 new tires. Arrived at 1230P on a Tuesday and nobody was in the tire line except me. The guy said a couple were ahead of me but I never seen anybody else getting tires. He told me the wait would be an hour and one half. Perhaps oil changes have priority or something but he did say that there were two separate lines for oil changes and tires. As of 220P my truck sits on the lift without any wheels on. Adding to the wait, the service manager decided to have a staff meeting that I eavesdropped on. Apparently morale was low and safety protocols were not being followed by the staff. Heard some profanity from several folks there which I see as unprofessional conduct in presence of customers. 2 hours exactly for 2 tires. Tires were fairly affordable. Customer service was pleasant but the long wait seemed unnecessary and unreasonable in my opinion.

The auto employee said 1 1/2 wait (understandable) about 1 hour they took my info then nothing for another hour, then they told me to move my car so the cars behind can get serviced first idk why maybe it was there co workers or friends. And then they just left me there I did a total of 2 hours and some minutes I was trying to get there attention and I was ignored. My first and last time I’ll be going here.

I implore people to read this review. This auto center is the worst. I had oil leaking out of my gasket into my car and they never said a word. Instead they stripped my nut for the oil release. I ended up going to a mechanic and getting ny care repaired. I was very fortunate that I didn't seize the engine or cause a fire in the engine. They are irresponsible and unprofessional. The mechanics obviously don't have a good handle on how to evaluate a car. I even inquired if it was normal for oil to be inside the engine. I was assured it was fine.

Bought tires, Goodyear, for a very excellent price. 2 hours total time. But on last Sunday tried to get my oil changed and painted where I was told. After waiting 1 hour I went and asked his much longer. He said a couple more hours. I left. Seems it would be a good idea to tell people when there is a 3 hour wait upfront.

I brought my car in just after 7:00 am. I get notified when my car is ready at the Walmart near Highland. By 9:00 am, I walked out and saw my truck parked, I went to the cashier and payed for the service. He tells me I need to show my paperwork to the people doing the service to get my keys. They had to look for my keys. One of the guys had it in it's pocket. I was never notified my car was ready, I guess they don't send phone notifications at this Walmart. I'll go back to the other Walmart next time. This place works a lot like the dealerships and other places that are always trying to sell you more than what you are there to get.

Been here a couple times to get oil change and new tires. Honestly you gotta get here super early since the line gets sooo long😑. Honestly they need someone to be scheduling people's arrival so people can leave their car and get along with their activities during the day. It always takes me around 40mins to and 1hour for them to gather my information and put me on the line for whatever I need. That's ridiculous! 😤😮💨 it always makes me question if I ever I want to come back here and get anything done for my car. On another note the mechanic guys they do a great job is just the hassle of them scheduling someone and putting them on the line.

I had a 10 a.m. (September 2024)tire replacement appointment today. I waited for approximately 10 minutes trying to figure out which staff (2-3 roaming around) was going to check me in as I was waiting outside next to my vehicle. I flagged one staff down and he directed me to park closer to the tire stall, which I did. Another 5 minutes had elapsed until I decided to search for a staff inside the reception area. No staff present, but a line filled with customers. Finally, staff appeared 10 minutes later. He then directed me to go back outside to look for staff so that I can get "checked-in" ....45 minutes later, my car gets checked in! So, what was the point in making an appointment if I had to wait around that long?! Oh, and to top this, my tire could not be located. That tire should have been readily available, or at least in close proximity to tire stall Lots of issues here: unorganized tire center, no solid direction, lack of communication...manager needs to step in, come up with a sound plan Staff members were not rude, they just need have better organizational and management skills.

If I can give -000 star I will. Walmart change the oil in my car and damaged my vehicle. Engine costs 21k and Walmart won’t accept liability. DONT WALK RUN!!! 50$, 40$ difference from a standard shop is not worth the stress and damage we are currently going through. ITS A NIGHTMARE

I’ve had an oil change, tire rotation and balance for my 2021 Ram Promaster 3500 High roof Extended vehicle on 12/31/2022. The gentleman/technician(didn’t ask for a name unfortunately),went above and beyond while doing tire rotation and balance. He explained to me about issues, how they fixed it and gave me recommendations. The gentleman at the check-in line was also very detail oriented, asked me how I wanted my tire rotation done. Most places don’t ask this and just do front to back. Since, I knew how my previous rotation was done, I was able to explain to him how I wanted it this time. Took 2 hrs and 110.39$ for the entire service and it was worth it. And they put the tire hub caps for extra protection. I Will come back for sure and I recommend this place for similar services.

I ordered two tires for my Chrysler Pacifica online in prepaid for the tires and service for installation and when you make an appointment online it says 11 to 12:00 so I got there at 11:50 and the lady who received me at September 8th had quite an attitude saying that my appointment was canceled at 11:15 and nowhere online does it say that on the app after receiving social attitude I asked for a manager she just sent someone else from the store to tell me the same thing and I showed them the app at that point they told me that I was going to be considered a walk-in and that I have to pay here at the store again and that I would be refunded the online order of course I did not do that that is absolutely ridiculous because I took advantage of an offer to sign up for W plus to get turn off installation on each tire with Hazard protection and they would not give me that at the store because they sign up already happened terrible staff and unprofessional. The app has a problem with how it displays the appointment compared to Howard's handled in person under policy

Waiting to get assistance for an Oil change is a nightmare... apperently there was only 1 gentleman checking in vehicles and he lasted 30mins just chatting with another gentleman. When asked if I had to go inside for assistance I was told that the gentleman in the picture would assist me. When the gentleman finally decided to end his conversation I was told that I had to get out of the line and go behind two vehicles that where not even in line not to mention I was there before them. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and just smiled.

You never get service if you walk-in. They are not reliable. A couple weeks ago, I wanted to get an oil change. It was 5:40PM, they close at 7:00PM, they said they had too many customers, and I badly needed oil change that day, and I came all the way back from work. Other days when I need my tires checked or an oil change they take 2-3 hours for something to get done. If you try to get something scheduled, it will take days. I want to save you the headache and stress, DO NOT COME HERE for autoservice, go somewhere else. Yes you might pay more, but it will save time, your life, and your vehicle in the long-run.

Instead of asking me what car i have when i made the appointment on the phone a few days before (beause of the laziness of pressing buttons on a computer) i show up on a friday at 10am (a work day) And they tell me THEN after waiting in line that they do not have a filter for my car . What a complete waste of my time. Wont be coming back here.
