Very nice. Had a concern bc my front tire was making a noise. Met me at garage on a Sunday which is very rare. Gave me upfront and honest opinion. He could have lifted the car and charged me for an inspection. He told me he didn’t think there was anything to be concerned about and that it didn’t look like anything was wrong. Had new tires put on and I was scared and didn’t want to wait for the place on Monday. I ended up taking back to the place that put on the tire. It turns out the air pressure gauge was loose and just needed put back on.

If i could give sanil 1000 stars i would. Beo deserve must more. 1st: He works on Sunday while all the mechanics shop closes. 2nd he fun to talk to, he treat me like a friend more than a customer. The changes my pad on my Camaro while i was in sandiego trust me my brake were whining metal before coming to his shop. Not from san diego. I need this pads change so i can drive back 5 hours where i came from. He did it quick. Professional, make sure my vehicle completely safe to drive back. He also fix my unworking power seats chair where i almost spent thousands to the dealership. Hand on this guy, bro does everything electrical work to mechanics to tunning. He the man you need.!!

The technician was able to help us late at night when our van’s engine cooling fan would not turn off. He ran a thorough diagnostic, drove it around for about 30 minutes to gather data, and found that the system computer needed to be rebooted. Once that was done, the fan stopped running (other than when it was supposed to run). He only charged me $50.

Hours and location are convenient if you're in a pinch. If you don't know much about cars, be sure to ask for written quote with parts and ask to see old parts. Sign off before the work is done. Derek has years of experience and pretty talkative. Communication was open but felt like a way to distract from the mistake. While a refund was offered, I can't be bothered to come back. DENSO is reputable and I don't have issues with remanufactured. It just bothered me that he kept trying to assure me it WASN'T remanufactured when I didn't even ask about it. It just doesn't add up. I want to move forward from it. I'm giving 5 stars because I honestly don't care where the parts come from but please ask for written quote if you want to be a good friend with Derek.
