I have used Lavaggio since its inception and have always experienced great service. I am writing this review to this establishment on its consistent ability to always provide exceptional and consistent service. To most people a car is just a machine to get you from point A to point B, but my car is an extension of myself and in a way my “baby.” Whether it’s prepping my car for a car show or just giving it a quick bath for a night out on the town their attention to detail surpasses any other detailer I have been to in the area. Each person who dries and cares for your car takes time and wants to please you. If there is a problem just tell the management and it will be taken care of. Yes there can be a bad day in any operation, but my multiyear experience with them says they always treat me and my two cars very well.

They did an amazing job cleaning my 2010 7-Series BMW! Plus they picked me up from my office in their escalade shuttle vehicle! Very friendly service associates too! starting at $55 I recommend bringing your car here instead of across the street where they'll try to up sell their $160 wash which is not that got at all.

I was getting my 2013 Volt ready to sell and a friend of mine recommended Lavaggio to get it all cleaned up. The car looked as good as when I first purchased it back in 2013 and the first person to look at it bought it on the spot. I felt a little funny when I got there bringing a Volt in to be detailed when all I could see there was Ferrari, Porsche and other high end exotic cars. They treated me just like their other clients. They transformed my 8 year old car run for 120K miles into a almost new looking car. I could not recognize my car. It was sparkling and spotlessly clean when I collected it after the detailing work. Lavaggio is the best place for car wash I have found. Not only they do a great job every time I come. The staffs are very friendly, honest and professional. I also love the environment as well. I've had my car detailed a few times here when I left it with an interior dirt level of bad+. They are extremely nice and my car was returned as new as they worked their cleaning magic. This time, when we returned to pick up car, the manager Gabriel, saw it need some more work. Although it was inconvenient to drop car off again to be cleaned, we really appreciated Gabriel and the other team members who facilitated in getting it done. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! My family and I have been loyal customers of this car wash for years, giving them consistent business and recommending them to others, but after what happened recently, we’re done. I brought my car in for a full detail and left with a ruined display screen AND a completely dead battery. Yes, you read that right — they destroyed my infotainment screen by using some kind of chemical cleaner, and then somehow drained my battery so badly I couldn’t even drive my car home. It took HOURS to deal with. I left with a car in worse shape than when I dropped it off... When I reached out to the manager Fermin AND four other employees, they completely ignored accountability, acting like none of it was their fault. Weeks went by, and all I got was finger-pointing and them brushing it off like it was no big deal. Eventually, they told me to come in and fill out an “investigation report” — in person, even though I live 45 minutes away. I made the drive, hoping they’d take the situation seriously, but of course, it was just a formality. They didn’t investigate anything — just had me fill out paperwork to make it look like they cared. Spoiler: they don’t. After everything, they said the damage to my screen “wasn’t their fault” and that was the end of it. No offer to reimburse me. No responsibility. No effort to make anything right. Nothing at all, just denial. So now I’m out $500 for the detailing, $250 for a new battery, and $700 for a new infotainment screen because the damage is irreversible — all due to their negligence. It’s beyond frustrating. As a business owner myself, I’m shocked at how poorly they handled this situation. Loyalty and integrity clearly don’t matter here. I would NEVER treat customers this way — especially ones who’ve been loyal for years. They clearly don’t care about doing the right thing. Me and my family will never return, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away. Take your business somewhere that actually values it.

I've been using Lavaggio for some time because they always perform a terrific job. However, this time I went for an Exterior Paint Correction and Interior Ultimate Detail. Both Dustin and Gabriel know how picky I am with my automobiles. My Audi S5 came out amazingly beautiful! Wow, the paint and interior appear many times better than when the car was first purchased off the dealer lot. I highly recommend Lavaggio for any vehicle!

If you have gone here, please look at your car under the light as shown in my photos, you will see similar marks caused by their cloths and drying technique. I walked outside to find an employee putting his full body weight behind a dirty red rag, as he struggled to scrape off a bird dropping, as my clear coat went with it. I brought my car in for a $79 standard wash. I did not expect to have the car come out as though it had been through a full detail, however this place has caused thousands of dollars of damage to my car. I should preface with that this car is one year old, and until now I have only ever ran it through touchless washes, or had it washed here at Lavaggio, aside from a full chemical decon and wash when PPF was applied elsewhere. Up until this day, things have been okay for the money and I have been recommending friends to come here. I had recently spent $1,750 on XPel Ultimate PPF for the front end, it came out looking perfect from the place I had it applied at, it now has spider web scratches all throughout. I had the Honda dealership replace back door vinyl trim with brand new pieces because it was scratched out of factory, those are now completely scratched. Interior AC/Infotainment? Scratched. Gloss black exterior trim? Also scratched. And on top of all of that, the car still came out dirty. I now am hoping at the very least they will be able to reimburse me for new gloss exterior trim pieces, new front end PPF, luggage protection PPF, new AC/Infotainment front end, labor, and a layer of clear coat taken off and reapplied to remove the spider web scratches everywhere. Please save your car and do not bring it here. Update: I have spoken with, presumably, the manager this morning. The response was essentially "If you looked at any car under a light like this, you would see marks like this. We have lots of happy customers, we wash cars all day, nobody ever complains about this, you can't prove we did it, it's not our fault." I look at my car "under a light like this" every time it is washed (by Lavaggio). Was not offered so much as a $79 refund.

Great customer service, amazing attention to detail. I brought my car in after it was shipped to me from Northern California with small sap dots all over. Alejandro recommended a clay wax treatment and was able to get all the sap off in less than 2 hours. My car has never looked better! They covered my car so it wouldn’t get too hot, offered my husband and I water and snacks, and texted me directly when the car was ready - such wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend Lavaggio

This is by far the best Auto Detail and Car Wash. Great customer service. They offer a complementary meal with every visit. Courtesy shuttle witching 10 miles. A Platinum Membership that offers thousands of dollars in value. If you ever need your car detail, Lavaggio is definitely the right place. It may not be cheap for everyone but it’s worth every penny.

I was looking for deep tissue interior detailing ;-) it’s been two years since the last time I got it done. My girls eat in my car and there was a lot of spillage and it was smelly. Well, not anymore! I was shopping around to get the best pricing for the buck. Bueno bonito Barato. And I got more than I can bargain for. Alejandro and Greta and Manuel, were very professional and took care of me from the beginning to end driving me back-and-forth to my house, giving me the best price in the area. And also leaving the car overnight to Dry. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
