I will never do business with Rusnak again. I had been very loyal over the years, buying and leasing several cars from Rusnak BMW and most recently Porsche. I always took my cars there for all my service needs thinking my loyalty would in turn bring their loyalty and trust. I was wrong. They tried to charge me $517.50 to reset the computer so it would quit sending me an erroneous error message. It was one of several overpriced issues they discovered just months after I had taken it in for its routine maintenance. They saw me, a woman, walk in there alone with a Malibu address and decided to go for a money grab. If someone had called me to discuss the real maintenance issue (It was not urgent. Car is running fine) on my car and then said they would reset the computer while the other work was being done and not charged me (for the reset), I would have said thank you. But they thought they could slide in absurd charges and I wouldn’t notice. So rude, disrespectful and mostly untrustworthy. I’m done with Rusnak Porsche. They’re scammers.

Rusnak service department is excellent!! I always have Eric as my advisor and he’s professional, friendly and always makes sure my Cayenne is well taken care of. I usually get a loaner while they have my car and they always loan me very nice clean car that’s comparable or better than my own car. Always another Porsche. Rusnak is the only place I go to get my car serviced

My GT3 received a tuneup today at Porsche Westlake and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The service representative CJ was very proactive and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I had requested a specific lead mechanic and he not only performed the tuneup but he also provided a detailed video review of my car. I have to say I was quite impressed with the video review which my car passed with flying colors!🏁 Lastly, the concierge providing me with a loaner car was very expeditious and professional. I had my n rated tires replaced at Westlake Village Porsche and Bryce and Sahid delivered exceptional service from beginning to end. Everything was done right, down to the detail of making sure the Porsche crests on the wheels were perfectly oriented with the valve stems. The workmanship was flawless and, surprisingly, the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend this team if you want quality service with real attention to detail.

Had to bring it back a second time for same problem. Did not address the water pump failure message the first time. Hard to believe but they did replace pump on second attempt. They Picked up car and provided loaner which I appreciated. When fixed they Did not have car ready and I needed to wait over 30 minutes for cleaning car. Did not address secondary issue related to steering wheel adjustment control and did not call me next day as promised to get it addressed. Service Agent is a friendly guy (Steve Ellis) but I am not convinced the overall department functions well. Final repair was smooth as silk. Loaner and in/out quickly. Therefore upped rating

I took my car in for its annual service, and worked with Eric Blackmer. Eric is fantastic; he's responsive, clear, and more than reasonable, advising you based on Porsche's recommendations and your particular usage pattern. He's also very thoughtful and detail-oriented. For example, I don't like to have my car washed by the dealership, but was getting a new set of tires, so Eric asked me whether I wanted to wash off the tire lubricant used to fit the new tires before proceeding. I drive one hour to have my car serviced at Porsche Westlake and work with Eric, and it's well worth it.

Friendly staff, but…. It took 9 hours to get an oil change and alignment. The paint protection film that was installed on my car lifted after the car was washed at the dealership. The technician did not disclose any of the damage and I discovered it when I sat down to drive home. The dealership and shop closed at the time of my pickup so I could not say anything. Fortunately, the installers that handled the paint protection film will be repairing the damage.
