Rob was able to help me after I had bought my tires previously about a year ago from the now closed Simi Valley location. He extremely helpful in quickly determining a damaged tire which had a bubble in the sidewall was covered with my road hazard protection. The previous location had also put on 2 of the non-damaged tires inside-out which the team here flipped/fixed for me. Rob was quick at ordering a new tire and finding one that matched the same style since my other tires make was no longer available. The small fee for new roadside hazard on the new tire was so much cheaper than a new tire. The old tire wasn't immediately dangerous, but I had two people tell me to have it replaced so I was super glad I was able to get it replaced. Thank you a ton!

I stopped in a few days ago at lunchtime, with a tire icon that's been going on and off for the last couple of months. I'd previously been to the Panorama City location, besides my mechanic and the dealer. Not one of the others explained the situation anywhere near as clear and concise, with lots of patience as did Tony. I went in the following day at lunchtime again, for them to take a look and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Tony and Shelly are the greatest. The gentleman who checked it out was also very nice. They're a distance from home, but the service and attitude are worth the drive, next time I need minor maintenance. I finally understand what he means. Before this newer car, I had a 2007 for 10 years and it didn't have that. Anyway, I'm happy! I also have to mention that Paul is great at customer service too. He's very upbeat and on the ball. He was efficient in ordering a tire for me last week. Sorry that I ended up not needing it since I went to a different location, being that my dental appointment had been cancelled. Forget the other place I was going to go to when it's time for an oil change, I'll be back to see them in a couple of months and hope they don't mind my bugging them again!

Good for Tires but not auto repairs. I experienced poor workmanship on my truck brake job. Resulted in soaked rear parking brake shoes, damaged axle bearings and damage to new rotors 100 miles after work. After inspection I had to have vehicle towed from their shop to another shop for proper repair because I had ZERO CONFIDENCE in them. Request for refund of over $1,000 has been ignored. Email to Corporate Office has been unanswered. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP or Just Tires for any vehicle repairs or maintenance.

The location in thousand oaks is great. They were very polite and repaired my brake pads and rotors and Oscar educated me on what I need repaired and why. The rates are very good here and I drive a Mercedes. They are a polite, efficient and knowledgeable group of auto service professionals that give brakes and tire shops a good name. I will only go to Just Tires they are a great group of guys.

*Edited review to add Caution* Super impressed! Talk to Oscar!! He is super friendly, helpful, happy, and bonus - easy to understand! I called 3 places before calling this one and wish I had called them first. No question we will be back. You will be pleased with the customer service you get (rare these days). And, most of their prices are better than others! *Edited to add* DO NOT get any other work done here!! And be careful what they say. I brought it in for tires and told them I thought maybe the power steering was going out because it was much harder to turn big turns. Well, they told me I don’t have power steering fluid but one side of (something) was out (don’t remember now as I waited to post ths) and it would cost $2500 to replace. Well I told him it would have to wait. Good thing I did because as soon as I drove it the problem was gone. Waited a few days and confirmed it is for sure not an issue. I can’t believe this guy tried to get me to do $2500 MORE of work when there was clearly no issue. I have no doubt hey never even looked at it, or they had no idea what they were doing. What’s worse?! Regardless, I would NEVER take it here for anything other than tires or brakes. That was fine. Be CAREFUL!

Appointment scheduled to install nearly $2k worth of tires, bought and paid for from Goodyear directly. Called to see if it was possible to get installed sooner. Said they would check if in stock and call me. No call so kept my appointment for 4 days later. Show up and was met with rudeness from the opening introduction. Was met with “why are your tires here” really?!? I showed my appointment confirmation and paid invoice including alignment. Was told “alignment machines broken” not sure when it will fixed. Ok then just refund the alignment. Nope- can’t do, you will have to find another JustTires with a working machine or contact Goodyear. So then the guy disappears to “find out why my tires are there” despite showing my confirmation. Waiting 10 minutes and see “kids” playing in the work bay…..bad vibes and just don’t need hassles of kids playing on my truck, in what appeared to be an OSHA situation waiting to happen. Hopefully Goodyear will choose better retailers in the future. Bad commercial for JustTires

I'm a delivery driver and I got a flat tire at 5:30 and the towtruck wasn't going to pick me up until 6, I called 5 different companies and no one would help me. I called Just Tires and Shelly saved me. When I arrived both Shelly and Robert took care of me. Reasonable prices and great workmanship. I just found my new tire place. These guys were just awesome. I took my chevey silverado in for 3 flat tires, and they gave me a quote for about 2 hours before they could get my truck back to me. So I said sure which I ended up getting 4 tiers. Low and behold, they were done in 45 minutes. I was amazed at how fast they did everything. From taking off the old tires to balancing and mounting the new ones, plus a mini car wash. These guys at just tires are a go-to for any tire needs, plus they were the only company (i went to 4 different tire shops before) that had my tire size. Thank you!

I used to come here for awesome pricing on brake pads and rotors ($200 total when supplying my own parts and $300 w/o supplying parts.). However, Oscar no longer works here and the new people are like scammers. When I called a few days ago I was quoted $450 for all 4 brake pads and rotors. Today I was quoted $400 for the front and $400 for the back! Ummm $800 for brake pads and rotors!?! The average rate at local shops are $300 and there are even Groupon discounts for $160 some places. $800 is extreme gouging…do not let them rip you off..call around. They also wanted me to leave my car for the day when in the past it took 30 minutes and I waited on site. Very sketchy….

As a young woman who knows little about cars, having to have mine worked on is always stressful. I took my Accord here to have the front struts replaced, and to say I was in good hands would be an understatement. The staff here are truly some of the kindest, most honest people. They could’ve easily taken advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge, but they instead gave me a very reasonable quote, stayed until after hours to finish the job, offered me refreshments throughout the process, and even let me take one of their personal cars to go get a snack. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this establishment. It was a 10/10 experience, and I would recommend Just Tires to anyone!

I had an extremely frustrating experience here. I came in for a very simple fix, something that should have taken no more than 15 minutes, and somehow it turned into almost a two-hour ordeal. The staff was slow, disorganized, and honestly came across as rude and dismissive. I felt completely left hanging with no clear communication about what was taking so long. There was no sense of urgency or respect for my time, and the lack of professionalism caused unnecessary delays that threw off my entire day. What should have been a quick, routine visit turned into a mess. I would not recommend coming here if you value your time or expect basic customer service. Extremely disappointing experience.

We have been just tires loyal and happy customers for over 6-7 years. Today I had a real bad experience. The person at front said there is now new management. For one tire they charged me 461$ about 30% more than about 1 year ago and the tire was not fully inflated. The agent was rude the job seems unprofessional and way too expensive. If you like courteous and professional tire service at a reasonable price look elsewhere. I will.

I went in for an oil change because I saw a sign out front for a $65 oil change. It was my first time there and the gentlemen out front were very professional and kind. I had mentioned that I kept hearing something coming from my brakes and they said that they would check it out and do a full car inspection. After sitting in the waiting area for ten minutes, the younger man at the front said he wanted to show me my brake pads he pointed out how they were almost completely gone and showed them to me which I really appreciate him taking the time and showing his concern. Within 30min I had my oil changed and brakes done and don’t hear that sound I used to hear anymore. I’m happy I went to this shop and found a place I can trust and would continue to go back to.
