Juan and his team is great. I went there to get the axle replaced and he game me a fair assessment and price. He was upfront and honest and showed me the issue with my wheel bearing and game me a good deal on replacement for both. The workmanship was excellent and I am so glad I found a good place for my future car needs. Will definitely recommend them.

My soulmate and I proudly call Juan our mechanic. I have a 2006 Hybrid Highlander that has over 200K miles. Nov. 2023 my Highlander broke down with a transmission failure. Juan fixed it handsomely with a lot more resonable costs. It runs still great! March 2025, other parts of my Highlander started having some issues like making a clicky click noise every turn I make. Also, my car was uncomfortably wobbly in th last several months . I took it to a Fire Stone auto place for checkup: R/L control arms, struts, axels, etc. needed to keep my car safe to drive. I needed a second opinion so my boyfriend suggested Juan again. He repaired it again with a lot more reasonable price with caring. He gave us a full explanation on each repair in detail in a very timely manner. His job was done and then the old parts on display in order for us to see what was done. In the end, you could fully appreciate what he did. He is a great mechanic and his crews, too. My soulmate takes all his cars there and he has a few. Juan is a genuine and honest mechanic who knows what he is doing!!! I went to three different mechanics who misdiagnosed what was going on with my astrovan and Juan was the one who figured out what was actually wrong with it and fixed it — it has been running well ever since. Juan Hernandez manages and works with the best team. Unlike other places I tried in 91320 they cared and took the time and knowledge to get my vehicle running back up to par. They will communicate and show you what's going on and what needs to be done to fix your issue/s. Juan Hernandez and his crew took very good care of my truck (2006 tundra). I needed a new alternator and suspension and brake work that I was putting off. Juan kept me updated on the truck throughout the whole process and let me know what they were fixing. He really made sure everything was in good shape before returning my truck. I found my new mechanic. Alternator died early morning and had my car towed to Ventura Tech. Had never had work done there before but was impressed by reviews. Called number while waiting for tow. It was before they opened so left message. Juan texted me back in minutes, told me he'd look at it right away. Drove home by noon. Let me tell you a story. I was traveling from Northern CA heading to LA, when suddenly my Mazda CX 5 started to not accelerate properly. When you are going 70 mph in heavy traffic, that's anxiety inducing. I have never driven through CA before. I didn't know where I was, but I knew I needed to get off 101 and figure something out. I pulled over and found Ventura Tech Auto Clinic. I pulled up and briefly told Juan what the car just did and that I was traveling. It was 4 PM and they close the shop at 5, mind you. They immediately began working diagnostically to determine the problem to my surprise. I thought for sure I was going to need to wait till the next day and sleep in my car. Within 15 mins they had a diagnosis and explained to me how they determined it and gave me a quote. They ordered the parts from nearby, had them delivered, installed and road tested that the problem was solved within the hour. I was blown away. They had other vehicles that were being serviced and they still found the time and manpower to get me prioritized. They were kind and up front about everything, when they probably could have taken me for a ride considering my circumstance. Juan guaranteed this was the issue and the fix. I still had 2 hours to drive into LA. The car drove perfectly and I reached my destination. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a mechanics. I can't recommend them more. I wanted to thank Juan and his team again. They really saved me and I'm forever in gratitude.
