Shoddy work. My car was there just to have rear quarter panel painted to fix a ding. They got over spray on surrounding trim and inside fuel door cavity. They painted my passenger door without authorization or notice. Removed 3M protection. Didn't replace it. They made a mess of car interior.possibpe damage. They lied about work done. Car was there 3 times to correct.

Took me a week and a half to get a quote. The receptionist on the phone told me that I would get a quote in a day. And for 8 days promised me that today I would get a quote or after 30 mins or by the end of the day. That was after I sent them all my vehicle information and pictures as per their request to give me a quote. At the end they said I would have to get my car in for them to take a look and give me a quote mind you it was just a windscreen crack and dent on the door. This says a lot about a repair shop and after the fifth day of them stalling I didnt have any intention of taking my car there anymore. I have no idea how Tesla would recommend a place like this. ๐๐ป

I have been to an accident recently and there was some damage to my back bumper of my Tesla.After my accident I was introduced to this body shop by the insurance agent which I think he has hidden business with this body shop. This body shop was the worst business I've ever met. 1. They don't have any clue about customer service. They think I'm their server. I had a very bad experience with one of their employees who was struggling impolite with me for bringing excuses due to late service (They were 9 days late for returning back my car) 2. For sure they have lack of management for scheduling their plan to be on time. As I mentioned earlier they were 9 days late. I don't know for how long they are operating this business but to me it was like a month of business. 3. The quality of their work is totally rubbish. they used an aftermarket back light. When I asked them "Am I right about this back light? is it original" they started to deny the whole conversation and wanted to let me believe it was original material. I'm not a pro at this stuff but I'm mentioning this bullet because later on I went to a Tesla service center for some other services and their technician told me "why do you use aftermarket parts for you car?" and it was like an ice bucket on my head! Totally I'm very disappointed for letting them to touch my car and I don't recommend this body shop to anyone at all! I'll never ever go there again. If I could I left them -5star.

I recently had an issue with my door on my model X. Every time I would park the car the door would get locked in place and not open from the inside. I tried many ways to fix it myself but ended up taking it to Harryโs in TO. I canโt stress enough how professional the whole team is. From start to finish, they delivered. My car was taken in on a Tuesday and picked up by Friday, in clean immaculate condition. More importantly my door is working better than ever and no longer making the clicking sound it once was! WOW this was literally the best experience Iโve ever had at an auto shop! I came in with some pretty severe scratches on the front bumper of my Model 3 Tesla and thought I would have to get a new bumper. Wesley took my car for 20 minutes and fixed EVERYTHING! I seriously didnโt even recognize my car when he brought it back to me, it looked brand new. So thankful I found this place! I will forever recommend Harryโs!

I went in to get an estimate for a collision that occurred to my 2013 Dodge Challenger and I also wanted to pay out a pocket to have my car completely painted to be restored back to its factory condition. There was only one female in the office and she was so rude and looked at me and said we don't have time for you I go I want to get the a lot of work done to the car in addition to the insurance and she said I don't think you could afford it it's too much money and I go OK well how much is it she wouldn't answer she goes we just don't have time for you. She was so rude and as a representative of the business I'm warning everyone to stay away from there.

When I was driving in Malibu Canyon, hoping to catch a sunset, surf session, I suddenly encountered a large boulder, falling off the mountain onto Malibu Canyon. In order to avoid a collision, I abruptly steered and hydroplaned my car, hitting the side of the mountain. It all happened so fast, I went to my local Tesla store and they referred me to Harrys. I went there the next morning and was greeted by a very professional staff who seem to care about their customers. State Farm came and assess the damages as too much to be repaired and declared the car totaled , I received a call from the body shop, informing me about the bad news, but this information was relayed in such a professional and compassionate manner. It is nice to know that there are still places left which operate with integrity. As a practicing physician, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy partner when you go through an unanticipated incident, which is charged with lots of emotions.

I have a Tesla and Harry's came up as a certified body shop. So I called for an appointment for an estimate. She asked if I had an estimate from another facility. I did and she asked if I could email it to her so I did. 6 hours later she called and said bring your car in and if there is a supplemental amount of money needed they could request it. They never gave me an estimate and I asked they only wanted me to drop of my car without the estimate. I asked why she said that's what she was told. I said no and they said that's there policy. Called another facility and I am getting g an estimate tomorrow and then getting the work done by the other facility. So after I wrote this review I got a call this am from Harry's. I explained my issue and he proceeded to argue with me and still not give me an estimate. He said we'll all you have to do is pay your deductible. He didn't care if my insurance company didn't approve all the repairs or the amount he just wanted me to take a leap of faith. Now if they call agin and offer this to me for free I will never use them. They are rude and not helpful at all.

We needed repairs to our auto (Tesla Model X) and Harry's did excellent work. Their timeline and cost estimates were on the high end, but they delivered on time and on budget and the car looked absolutely perfect afterward. And this was still in Covid-times so it was difficult with getting parts, especially from Tesla. Wes and the receptionist (Brenda?), they made everything smooth... Five star service!! Update: used Harryโs again; and again, Wes and the team came through with flying colorsโฆ They are the absolute best!

Very unorganized and undisciplined and Impolite company I have ever seen in my life the only things that they care is how they can get more money from insurance companies and not hesitate to respect your time there is a list of things that they did with me, I am totally unsatisfied don't be fool by photo of luxurious cars! 1-The first day that I visited them the guy ( Arthur, Cholakyan) told me that I must drop my car there for estimate to order the parts, which it was not necessary and I didnโt know that ! 2- For taking my papers he had argued with Secretary (Joanna Hagenbuch) in front of me and both are trying to reject my paperwork from each other and I should leave to be at my work on time eventually she got my email and told me to send me documents but she never answer back so I should back there again! 3-After many times called and followed to know about my car situation and when it will be done, he just said we don't know yet or just said tomorrow will be ok and we will call you which never happened this shows how they are unreasonable and unorganized. 4-finally after 14 DAYS I went to get my car (that didn't call I just showed up to get it ) the only concerned for them was how insurance would pay that! 5-Arthour was not there as long as the Secretary (Joanna Hagenbuch) was not talking with Arthur I should stay there eventually other guy showed up and called him to give back my key. I'm totally upset and not recommend to anybody I hope the owner can see what their employees done with clients!

I hardly post reviews. But I felt like I needed to for this company. I don't know why it only has 3.8 stars, that's completely crazy. They were more than professional responsive to phone calls, and the questions did a wonderful job on my Bentley. I would recommend them highly and disregard the people that put one star. I always look at reviews with a bit of skepticism but I am a real customer and this is a real review. These guys are the greatest. We took our car to Harry's twice after minor collisions. The staff is friendly and very professional. The shop is immaculate. They communicated with us every step of the process, never leaving us wondering. Harry's accommodated all of our requests no matter how minor. We recently sold the car and the dealership actually went out of their way to say how amazingly immaculate the car looked. Harry's did a great job on all aspects of the repairs. Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. Also the waiting room is very nice and has great coffee :)

Wasnโt going to make a review, but most of the reviews you see are accurate. Donโt expect finish dates to be true. Was told three different dates, not a big issue, however the reason why they were extended were bogus once I received my car (stories didnโt match up). I wouldโve been fine with this, however, each time I would call for an update the receptionist would redirect me and no one would pick up. I would call back, theyโd say they would get back to me and if it werenโt for me calling back (multiples times) I wouldnโt have gotten any news (went a day without a call back). Did they fix what I came in for? Yes, was the whole process a struggle: absolutely. I wouldโve been okay with all of that, in the end itโs a body shop not a 5 star resort. They ended up washing the car before returning it, whoever washed the car scratched the dash from inside!!! Iโve bought multi sprays to since correct it (even to not make it a big deal). But after multiple attempts of it not coming off, Iโm left making this comment. Really upset with the service 1/5 stars.
