This used to be a good place, but the owner obviously hit hard times… I would NOT RECOMMEND the service, both customer and of the results variety. All 3 shops on Taylor Ct suck.

I made an appointment for Wednesday, two weeks ago. I showed up for my appointment, waited almost thirty minutes and no one shown up. Someone, another potential customer I presume, stopped by my vehicle and asked if I was waiting for someone at TO Automotive and I said yes. I was then informed that they had not been opened the prior day. I left and tried calling, several times over the past week and half in fact and no one answers the phone and the VM is full. I've also emailed and no response. Hope everyone is ok and nothing serious has happened.

Les is great! He is honest, straight forward, and always remembers ever detail of my and my wife’s cars from the last time he saw them. He also is a great guy to just talk with. At this point I pay the little extra money to do even my oil changes there over some place like Walmart because Les is always looking over the whole vehicle and can say “oh, next time I see you we need to do this” or “expect that we need to take care of this in next couple of months”. Les is exceptional.

I’ve been taking all my cars to Les since I moved my family to Thousand Oaks in 2006 and he’s been nothing but honest and up front about any of the work needed for my cars. His prices are way more than fair and I certainly trust Les more than I would any dealership auto service shop. I definitely recommend Les for all you car needs.

This place is awesome and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. my friend had their car towed to thousand oaks automotive at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and they were able to fix the problem in less than 3 hours and for a completely reasonable price. They don't overcharge you, like a lot of other mechanic places tend to do.
