Caliber Collision should have been my first choice from the start because not only do they work directly with your insurance (I have Geico), you can pick up and drop off your rental there too! Jason was my main point of contact and he kept me updated on everything about my vehicle and I was even able to pick up my car 2 days earlier than expected!

I took my car to have the rear seat bottom cushion removed so that I could clean out the plastic covering shards and elastic straps that the dealer did not remove before delivery. Was helped by Trenton, the manager, who was extremely accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The shop was immaculate, and the young fellow in the back, who handles the interiors, easily removed the seat and helped me get it back in. It was a lovely experience. Was highly impressed by their accommodating customer service and professional operation. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I’ll start by sharing the end result, I was 100% satisfied of my BMW 2020 repair quality. And I would also like to add their was some things that could’ve been done sooner. I went to Caliber Collision after someone backed into my car and it had a dent. Caliber was in the in network list of auto body shops. They were professional in calls, in person etc. and were highly rated. As soon as a claims adjuster emailed my claim number over, Caliber was able book me in. They gave me updated statuses about my car via texts. However, I have already given 2 great reviews over the last 2 weeks for Caliber Collision and they are STILL hounding me to review them more. Please DO NOT keep hounding former customers and let them move on after the paperwork is finished. Thanks!

I just picked up my 2017 Kia Forte from Caliber Collision in Thousand Oaks, CA after hit and run damage to the driver and passenger side doors. My insurance company was aligned with Caliber Collision and arranged for me to drop it off SAME week. Caliber Collision finished the car earlier than expected and then pressured me to take the car back on Christmas Eve when I was too busy to pick it up because I had family arriving at my house. Their service was great in that at first they offered to drop the car off at my house and take the rental car back to exchange it, which I agreed to, as they pressured me to take receipt of my car 6 days earlier than planned on Christmas Eve. In the rush of them dropping off the car at my house I really didn’t have a chance to inspect it. Well today on 12/29, I drove it for the first time, and the driver door wouldn’t even close! As I drove on the freeway in the first five minutes, the driver door hinges started to loosen and I literally had to hold the door to keep it from flying open! Unbelievable! I called Caliber Collision today on Saturday at 4:30 PM, and apparently they’re not open on weekends at all, nor do they have a phone system that allows you to even leave a phone message, so now I have no Rental Car to drive, as it was returned, and I’m not able to drive this one with the door loose over an entire weekend. It’s very frustrating. While the customer service team were very helpful, the workmanship had been subpar. Additionally, they were going to use the matching paint to do a tiny paint touchup on the bumper as a courtesy, and they forgot to do that at all. So now I’m feeling a little salty that they pressured me to take the car early in a rush on Christmas Eve, and now I’m finding the car isn’t even drivable, so over the Christmas holidays with family visiting, I don’t even have a drivable car.

Really great experience with this place. Finished my car in a timely matter. And even when they had initially misquoted when it would be ready, they went above and beyond to make up for it and they were super pleasant to deal with. I especially want to shout out the service manager Trent for coming in on his day off to make sure my car got finished in a timely manner. The receptionist was super sweet and accommodating and even gave me a ride home when my car wasn’t actually finished yet. You guys have superior customer service and my car looks nearly brand new.
