Purchased my vehicle at this dealership in April 2025. This was my first service visit. Paul introduced himself, reviewed what visit entailed & escorted me to waiting area. After 45 minutes he came to advise me about alignment issue ; I approved the advised repair. All completed in 2 hours at which time he then contacted Fairh the customer care representative to assist me with some set-up dash display issues that were never demonstrated to me at tims of purchase. I came in For a recall on my car and asked, while they were at it, to check the air in my tire because my light came in indicating it low in a tire, probably due to cold weather. Nope. A nail too close to the rim to repair so u needed a new tire. Unfortunately my tire was put off stock and would be available Monday (of course this happened on a Friday). Paul set me up with a loaner for the weekend and Monday afternoon he notified me when the tire was replaced. All of this done with friendly, professional service.

I had an incredibly positive experience at Lexus Thousand Oaks thanks to service advisor Paul Tuffner. I brought in my LS 500 F Sport for an extremely elusive issue: a cracking/popping sound coming from the roof and C-pillar area, especially noticeable when making rapid turns. It was the kind of noise that’s hard to reproduce on demand and even harder to diagnose—but Paul and Mike Ramiez took it seriously from day one. Paul and Mike are truly professional, patient, and thorough. He asked the right questions, made sure the symptom was clearly documented, and worked closely with the technician team to track down the true source instead of brushing it off as “normal.” Communication was excellent the entire time—clear updates, realistic expectations, and no guesswork. Best of all, the fix worked. The car is now quiet and solid again, and the difference is immediate. If you have a tough-to-diagnose problem and want someone who will advocate for you and see it through, ask for Paul Tuffner. He turned a frustrating issue into a smooth, confidence-inspiring experience. Highly recommended.

This was the absolute best experience I’ve had when getting my car serviced. They provide a loaner at no charge, or you can wait in a beautiful, spacious lobby with coffee/tea/snacks. Big surprise: I received a text from the maintenance crew with a video (with mechanic’s voice stating what was done) while showing me each area of the car from underneath it. They gave me a pickup time and had the car washed and vacuumed by the time I got there. You might pay less elsewhere, but I’d happily pay 20% more for this service.

Very disappointed. There was no communication from my advisor. Received video from Tech and then there was radio silence. I called the facility twice and finally told the receptionist I was now coming for my car. I had even discussed getting brakes if the tech thought they may benefit. I have gone to this business on and off for over 15 years and we have two Lexus vehicles. I also noticed that my windshield wipers needed replacing but did not say anything just to see if they were checked.No one told me they needed to be replaced. I put them on afterwards and you could see the rear wiper in the picture. My other Lexus needed service and took that car to another facility this past Monday. I can not give business to a place that does not communicate. Really unfortunate as I had really liked this dealership in the past. Also over $200 for an oil change. The other me mechanic charged $80. Just very sad.

My review was deleted so posting again. I wanted to share my extremely poor disappointing and unprofessional experience with Lexus thousand oaks. I called service center on Saturday around 12:45 pm and requested and concern with suspension . I was told by service advisor to come 1:30 and a loaner would be given. I drove immediately to Lexus Thousand Oaks (45 min drive 41 miles) and after I checked in the service manager a tall white man with glasses showed up and said I’m sorry we don’t give out loaners on Saturday. I’m like I was given an appointment by advisor. He said yes “I have spoken to her and addressed it with her” so despite the admitting it’s a mistake on their end they refused to take my car and provide loaner (plenty of loaners were available). So rather than correcting the situation and making it right he decided to service and insist on his ego and made me leave with out addressing the situation. I’m a very busy man and a very prominent neurosurgeon in the area. I would not recommend a dealership that doesn’t value time and DONT correct their mistake due to their ego. I would actively ask my fellow physicians and peers to boycott this dealership. A dealership that doesn’t own Up to mistakes and rather waste my time than fix something which was easily fixable due to there ego .
