My visit to Jiffy Lube in Thousand Oaks on Saturday, was yet another success. The service was quick, detailed, and I felt many extra miles were taken to make sure my car received what it needs. My car is old with a lot of mileage on it. The team at the Thousand Oaks location is great. All team members were active and it is obvious they care for their location as it is kept very clean and neat. The waiting room has a TV you can watch and coffee is available. But, most importantly, the team members know what they are doing and all of them are kind and caring. A special shout out to José Sanchez though who is absolutely outstanding, and whose service I have enjoyed several times now. He is kind, knowledgeable, a hard worker, and cares a lot for Jiffy Lube customers! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

Super helpful and respectful service! Stopped by a few days ago to get an oil change and had some questions about the different types of oil and pricing. I really appreciated how patient and informative the staff was—especially Jose. He took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or talked down to, which unfortunately isn’t always the case at auto shops. I felt uncomfortable that a lady disrespected Jose and she was really rude!! To him As a woman, I’ve definitely had past experiences where I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously, but that was not the vibe here. I felt respected and like my questions actually mattered. Prices were fair, the service was quick, and the whole experience was super easy. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, professional help without any stress.

Took our truck there for a routine oil change and had a pistol stolen from underneath the seat. Pretty low class if you ask me. Not sure what business it is of theirs to be looking through the cab of a car to do an oil change anyway?? I will never do business with Jiffy Lube again!

Pulled in on a Monday afternoon on a whim (well a whim to deal with a long over due oil change). I mean it's right on the corner, how more convenient can you get. The staff was immediately friendly, gave me an estimate for completion, showed me how to get a discount on the order online. Came in and showed me my dipstick even. Provided me with a coupon for my next visit. What really, really counted here was not just the price (reasonable for what I got) but the staff at this location was so professional, nice, friendly and wonderful. And they didn't try to upsell me on anything. And it took 20 minutes. And they reattached the rubber trim on my front bumper that had come loose.

Wow what HORRIBLE customer service. I called Jiffy Lube to ask if they had the correct oil for my vehicle. The guy who answered the phone asked me for the make and model of my car, which I gave him and then he put the phone down for 5 minutes (presumably to check inventory) while he talked to his coworkers. I heard him say “oh I forgot about that call” and then get back on the phone with me. He then asked me again what year my car was. I said 2025. Then he goes “2025. Hello? 2025 what?!” I am now frustrated because I have been through this and I say “I already gave that to you.” He then says “hey I’m trying to help you but if you are going to have this attitude then I can’t.” I gave him the info again and said I’m just trying to figure out if you have the oil I need. He then said “I can’t help you.” And HUNG UP ON ME. I happened to have my phone on speaker while dealing with a GMC service advisor and he said “oh wow that was really bad.” I can’t believe how rude that guy was and hope it was a fluke. I used to really like this particular shop but I won’t be going back.

Went to Jiffy Lube on the morning of Super Bowl Sunday. Was a little bit busier than anticipated but Jose reassured us we’d be taken care of soon. I highly recommend this location. The staff is nice and talk over the services you need really well. They did not judge my older car which has happened at other businesses. In my case I was unsure if I needed a tire rotation and they were able to confirm. They went above and beyond in screwing a lose screw they found. I felt like they cared about my safety and provided excellent care. They did suggest a couple of upcoming services without any pressure. I will be switching to this location for any future oil changes.
