Our truck was there to get a new sunroof put in and all damages repaired they were over a month late and then after that each week they said it would be ready and it wasn’t then it was day today and it wasn’t ready then when we picked it up the sunroof did not work which was supposed to be replaced the headliner was never replaced it had blood in dirt on it and all they kept doing is making up excuses I would never go here again my sister-in-law had a car there for six months not a good place

I really don’t want to give a family business a bad review, but I have to be honest about the experience. I had the front bumper repainted, and when I picked up the car, I was already disappointed. The finish had orange peel, visible wobbles, and dust trapped inside the paint. Vince Senior convinced me that it was the best he could do, and out of respect for him and because I was planning to sell the car anyway, I decided to accept it. However, things have only gotten worse. The car is driven by my wife, who never even drives on the freeway, and yet the smallest rock chip causes huge chips in the bumper. The car has only been driven about 400 miles, and it already looks like it’s been driven 100,000 miles, with chips everywhere from just regular driving on surface streets. I spoke to Vince Junior about how unhappy I was with the paint job, and I told him that the problem is that they’re using cheap, low-quality paint that chips way too easily. He tried to tell me that this is normal, but I explained that the bumper didn’t look anything like this before the paint job, even with 90,000 miles on it. Now, just 400 miles later, it’s a complete mess. At this point, I feel like I have no choice but to warn others and let them know about my experience. I really can’t recommend this shop to anyone, and I definitely won’t be going back.

Had a great experience here getting a trunk paint matched and installed. First went to a shop down the street who quoted me over $8000 to paint match since my car is red and would not match up right. Then came down the street to Conejo Auto Body and they did not even have to blend the quarter panels and got the job done fast. Even washed my car before I arrived to pick it up. Great friendly staff and stuck to the original price I was quoted.

The Management of this Auto Body Repair Shop with whom I dealt, Vince Sr and Steve, are both excellent! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and accurate in the Estimate of my repair needs, of the Duration needed for the actual work to be completed, and in the actual repair work itself. The Repairs themselves to my Front Bumper were excellent! Appointments are a must--because the shop is very busy!
