I have been meaning to write this review, a few weeks late but the staff at this Jiffy Lube are very nice and professional. Rolando is who helped me last time but I haven't been steered wrong here. Service is quick too.

Service was fast and they explained everything. Showed me inside the engine. Explained what they did , Reset my idiot light and also rotated tires for an extra cost and checked brakes. I had a coupon which they accepted and applied. Think the bill was 149.00 with coupon. Synthetic Oil change, fluids, tire rotation and checked brakes on brakes. Told me which brakes need work and that I needed to get a tune up soon. Did not push to do repairs. I could not have afforded them right now anyways but I appreciate knowing what repairs I need to do next.

I had an incredible experience at Jiffy Lube in Thousand Oaks. Upon arrival, I first asked for a quote. Joe was happy to assist me. He looked at my engine to get the recommended oil type and gave me the price of $140 for full synthetic. I knew that was steep, but not having time to schedule an appointment anywhere else, I agreed. However, Joe could tell that it was more than I was hoping to pay, so he mentioned a coupon, which really helped with the cost. Not only did he change my oil and filter, but he also vacuumed my car, topped off my windshield wiper fluid, and filled my tires with air, and he did it in all UNDER 15 minutes!!! I could honestly say that this was the best oil change experience that I’ve ever had and far better than having to leave my car at the dealership for the entire day. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Joe.

I’ve had the oil changed at this location for a few times. The men there are always courteous and very efficient. Most recently, Rolando was one of the best serving my truck. Can’t go wrong with this particular Jiffy Lube.

My 2016 Ford Focus SE runs like It was just taken off the showroom!! This past February 18th, I had placed 4 new tires on my car. The day before we had a rain storm and while on a flooded freeway, my car hydroplaned!! So scary, I knew I was about to get new tires and could not wait!! After they placed the tires on the car, it immediately felt better to drive. The next day Thursday 2/19 there was a big rain storm. The rain was so heavy there were times you could not see the car in front of you!! I felt confident that new tires would get me through it!! Boy did they, not one hydroplane, and made it the 38 miles I had to drive!! Thank you Jiffy Lube!!

This place is a scam. I took my girlfriends car here for a oil change. They told me all her brakes are critically low at 3mm. They attempted to charge $1,000 to replace them all (45 minute job that can be done at home). They aren't even close to being worn out. Attached photos are new brakes I purchased (for 100 bucks) vs the ones on the car. Barely worn out. Beware of scams and up charges here. Criminal behavior and borderline theft for people who don't know. *UPDATE* BEEN 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO EMAIL REPLY FROM THEIR REPLY TO THIS COMMENT

The employee who 'helped' me talked over me and spoke to me in a way that leads me to believe he does not believe women can be knowledgeable about cars. After a point of frustration of not being listened to and talked over I just left with out service being done. Pep boys down the street didn't have any issues helping me though.

I had a routine oil change performed at the Jiffy Lube on Thousand Oaks Blvd on December 26, 2025. Just a few days later, while driving on the 101 freeway, my car suddenly began making loud mechanical noises, the check engine light came on, and the vehicle became completely inoperable. I barely avoided a serious accident and was forced to pull over on the freeway shoulder. The vehicle was towed to a licensed mechanic, who determined that the engine had been severely overfilled with oil, far beyond the acceptable range. This caused catastrophic engine failure and rendered the car undrivable , with damages exceeding $10,000. I contacted the manager at this location and provided photos and documentation from the mechanic. I even offered to allow Jiffy Lube representatives to inspect the vehicle themselves. This was refused. Instead, the manager claimed they followed their internal process and relied on supposed video footage, despite the clear mechanical evidence showing improper service. This experience resulted in a dangerous roadside emergency, total loss of my vehicle, and significant financial and emotional stress. A routine oil change should never lead to this kind of damage. I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle.

This place was my go to place when oil changes were $29.99-$39.99. Way before I realized why it was so cheap. I dont know how long it has been since I came here or since I saw those banners with oil change price. Unfortunately I made the mistake of coming here as I was expecting a super fast and cheap oil change. I normally go to Simi Valley for my oil changes but this time I was short on time and needed a cheap oil change as I was storing my veheicle. This place is anything from fast, especially comparing them to other places that offer fast oil changes and I frequent a few. When I came on a weekend, I thought I would be one of the first ones but there were two cars in front of me. One was actually pulling up so I figured it wouldn't be much longer. Was I wrong, I ended up waiting about 40 minutes...for an oil change. The person who was leaving ended up talking to the specialist for a good 15 minutes, I believe they were trying to up sell her a service. Though there were two employees only, I figured the other person might have gotten started but I dont believe that was the case. Maybe they need two specialists at all time which is common but why spend so much time on one customer knowing there are people waiting and not enough employees. The o ly reason why the 2nd car got there faster is because a third employee showed up and then they got started on the 2nd car. The second issue was the price. I know my Suburban takes 1-3 extra quarts but I ended up paying over $140. At that point I didn't even check to see why, maybe the oil they use is super top knotch and highly priced. If I were contemplating coming here, I'd call in advance to find out the price.

Oil change was done very fast, after unfortunately needing to do some irritating shady haggling with them to get them to accept their coupon from their website, to decline some of their attempts to upsell me, and after they tried to get me to sign a paper saying that I'd pay more than we had just agreed on. Their guy opened the hood and pointed out a few fluids they were going to decline to free-refill for me per their usual oil change deal, due to the presence of slow leaks (if I didn't have any leaks, they why would I EVER have needed their free-refill service, anyway?) Anyways, they know how to open a cap, close a cap, and pour fresh oil in the top.
