I took my car in to get a corner lamp and side mirror replaced. I was charged $400 and had to go back several times due to poor workmanship. The side mirror was poorly painted with debris and you could see through it. He did fix that. The corner lamp was an after market part and still is not mounted correctly. It doesn't fit the car and lifts so much I can put my hand under it! It is barely hanging on! I will never go there again! I'm sorry to give you such a bad review. If it was average work I would not have said anything. This was just poor work ethic on top of poor customer service.

I've dropped my car for body work on 8/2/2023. I was told the work will take couple of weeks & made a deposit of $2k to buy the parts. Now it's 11/3/2023, 3 months have passed, and the body work still hasn't completed. This shop doesn't even deserve an 1star. No one should bring the body work to this shop.

My husband and I took our BMW to Allen Auto Body Shop after a fender bender lead to a big dent on our bumper. Our car turned out PERFECT! We were really impressed with the color and finish of our fixed bumper that we now get our car detailed here too. Also, my husband is super picky with his cars so a 5 star from him is a very big deal. Thanks for a fantastic job well done! Cross-posted from yelp: My car had dents on the quarter panel which were starting to rust. I took my car to Allen Auto Body to have it fixed, and had my car detailed as well. They were very professional and their estimate was very accurate. Plus, unlike many other auto shops, they called me for updates instead of me having to hound them for updates. Chris was very good about calling on time. They also offered to shuttle me back home (which I did not need, but was nice of them to offer). I will not hesitate to refer others to this shop!

Let me share the agony and the ecstasy of car ownership. Our car had an encounter with the garage door resulting in damage to the side view mirror. The Agony: We took the car to the dealer who concluded that we needed to purchase a new side view mirror ($515) which required paint to match the car ($116) and labor to install ($145) for a total including tax of $814. I took the car to Garrett Allen at Allen Auto Body in Westlake Village. Garrett looked at the damage and after a few minutes of analysis came to the conclusion that rather than buying a whole new assembly, we could replace the individual parts of the assembly including the mirror ($86), the plastic trim ($48) and the turn signal lamp ($92) plus labor ($48) for a total of $292.00. By simply fixing the existing assembly, which was undamaged, we could avoid the cost and inconvenience of painting it. After Garrett had ordered the parts, I returned to have him do the work. It took less than one-half hour as opposed to the dealer’s solution which would have put the car out of service for a day or more. Since he didn’t have to paint the mirror, the mirror perfectly matches the car. The Moral: As our lives are invaded by large corporate organizations that are only concerned about making money, it is possible for businesses to actually think about their customers’ needs and to seek to serve them. Thanks, Garrett. I greatly appreciate your effort.

I dropped off my 2004 Tundra truck for a new paint job. Garrett was able to fit me in and return the truck back to me within a few quick days. He took care to buff out the lights, and blend in the paint so that the truck looks brand new. Great Job and excellent follow though in returning the truck back on time. It was fun when I picked it up to find a clean interior as it was when new 11 years ago. Thank you Garrett for a job well done.

Wonderful service and a great staff. I recently had my tail gate replaced after an accident. Garret was able to quickly get a replacement gate ordered and gave me an estimate that was true to the final cost of repair. The work, including a detail, was beautiful.
