Today was my second time coming by to this location. The first time i came, they patched one of my tires up for me, and did an alignment on my car. I forget who serviced me then but the customer service was great. Today i got seen by Mark. Unfortunately, my tire went flat on the side of the road and i had to be in west hills before noon, and it was 10:45 when i showed up. I gave him my tire size over the phone & he gave me several affordable options for a new front tire, and once i got there all the paperwork was set up, and one of the techs was ready to replace my tire. I was in & out in less than 20 mins, and was able to make it to west hills comfortably before noon. He was super professional, nice, and was extremely flexible with my circumstances & accommodated my emergency, which is why i think he’s an above and beyond employee. Overall, the transparency, quality of service, and speed here is 10/10. I’d recommend them for any service you need done on your car.

What a joke of a shop. Made an appointment for a tire repair and they tell me it's non repairable so I buy a new tire and they say 45 minutes to an hour and it was almost an hour and a half with an appointment... I told them I wanted to keep the tire and they still charged me for a tire recycle fee. Not only was the tire repairable the small piece is metal in the tread never punctured the tire at all and they didn't even attempt to remove it. The sprinkles and cherry on top was they didn't even fill my other tires to match the psi when I told them the others were low and needed air too. When I get in my car to leave they had left their iPad in my truck. Like carless and useless tire shop don't go here.

7/ 2025: My check engine light came on Saturday, and I went to Firestone within 1-2 hours of that happening. Eric was VERY helpful. The diagnostic techs were only working on the day I came in (not the next day) so he had them check out my car to see what the issue was. They were able to reset the system (light was due to an issue that was previously addressed by Firestone back in January of this year) I was not charged for the visit, and Eric said I just need to come back in if the light comes on again. I did have to wait a couple of hours there, but the waiting room was comfortable, bathrooms were handy, coffee available, etc. **I normally go to a different Firestone locally (the one on T.O. Blvd), but this location is MUCH better. Cleaner. More bays for the cars to be worked on. Closer to the mall, should the repair take longer than expected ;-) 9-1-25: Had to go back to Firestone when my Check Engine light came on again. The only reason for the 9 instead of the 10 for this visit was that it took a long time for the vehicle to get repaired. Part of the reason for that was that I took the car in on a holiday (Labor Day) Even though the part was ordered the next day, it didn't arrive at Firestone until late in the afternoon the next day (requiring it to be left there one more day) Despite the fact that my vehicle was there 3 days total, I still felt I received good service from this Firestone location for the issue I had. The price also seemed reasonable. Eric, Ricardo, and Ralph were all helpful in answering my questions / getting to the bottom of the problem with my car. I will continue to come to this Firestone location for future car repair needs. 11-26-25 This Firestone location has become my go-to place for car repair. Manager Ricardo and all of the staff are always pleasant and professional. I had an issue in the past with a "check engine" light coming on repeatedly (see above) They worked tirelessly troubleshooting and trying to rectify the problem for me. When they felt that issue needed further attention from the local Ford service department, they referred me to them. This week (day before Thanksgiving), they fit me in for repair of a punctured tire and an oil change. Though it was busier than normal due to the holiday, still got me in and out in a timely fashion. Ralph even mentioned some coupons to me for the oil change/ applied them to my account automatically 👍 I often stay onsite while my car is being serviced. Their waiting room has ample seating, wifi, TV, coffee / water and restrooms. They don't try to push services on you that you don't need, but they do recommend services that may need attention in upcoming months. As a female, it is comforting to find someone who you feel you can fully put your trust in to be sure you get the right service for your car. I'll definately keep coming back to Firestone at The Oaks Mall for all my future car service needs.

I recently went to Firestone for an alignment and I have to say I’m beyond impressed with the consistent excellent service that I always receive. I was helped by Eric every single time and he always goes over and above and is super kind. Even as I went in this last time and they were super busy and it was towards the end of the day, he took me in anyway so he doesn’t waste my time coming back. I can go in there every time feeling comfortable not just that the job will get done, but that will get done the right way and on my budget. Thank you!

Needed to replace 1 tire. Was told it would take a couple hours so that they can bring it from a different store. No problem I thought. Ended up taking over 6 hours! For 1 tire! They didnt even start until I went to collect the car, and then gaslighted me as if it always takes this long. Go elsewhere if you want it done in a reasonable time.

They said they could fit me in for an appointment tomorrow, but when i explained my situation, they checked and saw that i desperately needed an oil change! I made an alignment appt. for 11 AM. My Rav4 was put on the alignment rack at 11:05 AM. I submitted a written request not to check any other items because I am on top of these. All I needed was a 4-wheel alignment. Everyone completed their job with no hassle. I tried the same at the Northridge Firestone. After waiting an hour after my 11 AM appt. I asked when will my car get alignment. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was told the alignment employee went to lunch, and wait another hour. I was told they do not have authority as to when the employees go to lunch. I said since they are NOT organized, I will go to a different Firestone location. I am glad the Thousand Oaks Mall Firestone location did a wonderful job with no hassles. Thank you.

I had a slow tire leak and took my car to one of the two Firestone locations in my area. I met with Ricardo, who found the puncture immediately and let me know the tire could be repaired, which was a huge relief. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he was able to get me in quickly so I could be on my way without much delay.
