Literally the nicest people I was kinda shocked. I don’t know what I expected but it was such a wonderful experience at this family owned and operated business. Tried them bc so many people on reddit suggested them. Reddit was right. We were quoted way below what safelite would have charged, but they took our insurance so that wasn’t really an issue. Vacuumed the broken glass up and yeah, for such a bummer experience (broken windows) they really kinda helped my faith in humanity. 100% recommend.

BEST SHOP IN OAKLAND. I sent them an email after midnight and got a response by 1am. They took me at 8:45am the next day, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. They cleaned ALL the glass and my window works perfectly. The pricing was incredible and the people are so nice. 10/10, thank you, guys!

Called a few places around Oakland searching for the best quote (after my driver side window was broken into) and they were definitely it. The look of the place isn’t the best but the work is great. Got to the place around 2:10 and they were done before 3pm. Quick and professional work and everyone was extremely friendly and kind. They even went out of their way to help me start up my car after it failed to turn on 2-3 times and made sure that the issues my car was having got resolved and were patient with me as I tried to figure out my own car. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs window replacement.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality, fair and honest service. My passenger window stopped rolling up & it looked like it was going to rain. 3 shops turned me away without even looking at it. I called Le’s Auto glass & they told me they could look at it & fixed it within 10 minutes. A piece of the molding had just rolled up inside. Thanks for being so kind and efficient!

Please note updated address! Someone robbed them at 1888 and set their store on fire on 1/19 ☹️ I came today (2/10) at 330pm for a broken window and they got me out of here by 410pm. I was referred here by word of mouth and they were the fastest and polite and kind. They also gave me a very fair price compared to any other place I tried to call. Please support this local mom and pop shop as they recoup!

I got my passenger front window smashed and needed an urgent replacement since a storm is coming, I made some phone calls and nobody had the size of window I needed. Le Auto Glass told me they would get it the next day, so I kept calling repair shops. Less than five minutes after hanging up with them Le Auto Glass called to confirm they had it! I was grateful they kept on looking and followed up! The estimate was totally reasonable and they got me in right away. My car was covered with glass and they carefully vacuumed it until it was clean. If I didn’t know I could not tell my window was replaced. The highlight was the people who run this business, Ms. Trang is super kind, she sent me to wait in a quiet room with two couches and a bathroom, all very clean. I had not had lunch and she recommended a place walking distance that was great! The technician fixing my window did a perfect job. Overall they helped me have a much less traumatic experience after the break in.

I have lost track of how many times I have had my windshield(s) replaced here over the years. I won’t go anywhere else. They just do great work at a great price. Low overhead, and the woman who owns the place is just so sweet. I miss their old location a bit (thanks Oakland), but I feel safe and welcome here, with my car in good hands. Highly recommended.

Quality work at reasonable prices. Service is fast, friendly, and fair. I was able to get a new windshield installed on my 2005 Nissan Titan within hours. Le Auto had the windshield in stock and gave a competitive price. I dropped the vehicle off around noon, and the work was completed by 4 pm. I highly recommend giving them a call whenever you need glass repaired.

I showed up needing a leaking windshield on a cargo van to be resealed and Le’s team at first recommended replacing it due to multiple chips and dents which I signed off on. During the process, they spent extra care removing it anyways, and since they got it off solidly intact. They gave me the option to re-attach it instead of going with a new one which saved me a bunch. Super quick and awesome service!
