You just arrived at your friend’s house in Key Biscayne. You are driving your 2010 Land Rover LR2 that you just put $3500.00 in getting it in shape for your drive to Vermont next week.(it had been stored for too long). You hear a noise an un ghastly noise that sounds like the axle may fall off - what do you do? I googled auto repairs but no one answered their phone. I jump in the car full noise and all and head towards Coral Gables and surely I’ll find some place! I’ll pull up to a red light and notice this Marathon gas station where they are doing repairs, I pull in and they immediately know what it is! It’s the back plate from the new brakes and front suspension. They have me pull in a bay and fix it immediately. I offer to pay. They say nope but you could tip the mechanic which I do. One of the best experiences ever! This place is perfect! And they do a number of high end cars as well as not so high end. The customer care is amazing. Go there! Leader Auto Service!

They have repeatedly saved me a lot of money. I have repeatedly come in for fixes and they have either performed a repair for a good deal less than I was expecting or they have referred me out to someone, even when it has cost them money. It is the only repair shop that I take may car to apart from the dealership when something is under warranty (in which case it is for free). I cannot recommend them more strongly.

Everyone at Leader Service was so friendly and polite. They helped me with my car very quickly and understood the issue it had. Ed was helpful in explaining the issue with my car. It was a fair price and affordable. They went above and beyond to even help me with figuring out my hubcap size and wiped off some sticky residue on my car. Super detail-oriented! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Leaders who are very professional and did an amazing job fixing my car! Wow! I couldn’t be happier. I had several maintenance issues that needed to be updated (new tires, new engine belt, etc), but my major concern was a strange noise that needed to be checked out and they found it and fixed everything perfectly! My car feels brand new and I now feel peace of mind while driving long distances again. The bonus is that I live only 2 blocks away so now this is my go to shop. You should take your car here, don’t hesitate. You definitely won’t regret it.

If you are a woman (or anyone for that matter) who knows nothing about cars and fears being taken advantage of especially in Miami, look no further. Ed and his team not only remember my name when I walk up, they take the time to explain everything to help me make an informed decision. 2 visits stood out. First, my very old car had an issue that was fixable, but potentially not worth the cost of the fix — I asked them, if I was your daughter, what would you do? They explained every possible scenario and gave me the info to make the best decision for myself. I called my dad and he was happy with their assessment (which is a big endorsement) and I decided to get a much overdue new car. Second, when I got an unfixable flat tire on a Friday they told me of course bring your car in and we will take care of it - they got a new tire in the next day (helped me select which tire would be good but not too expensive) and had it all fixed on a Saturday. I was in awe at how easy it was. Thank you Leader Service!

Oil, rotar, and brakes done in like only 2 days from drop off and they had to order parts. Was a quality job even though they had to work around a lot of rust. Been driving it for a month without issues. Someone even fixed my half working wiper spray. Great bang for your buck here. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable with what’s going on which is great for non car guys.

Truly the best mechanic experience I've ever had (and I've had a few good ones). They are thorough, friendly and honest. Rather than pushing an expensive repair on me, they suggested looking at a new car as it might make more financial sense long term. Currently, I am pestering them with questions about what car to buy and they are happy to answer. Prices seem totally reasonable, especially at the level of service you get with that cost.

**I have been looking for a place like this for months. Great service, very professional and organized, polite and friendly staff. Ed was able to find the issue of my car BMW-X2 in less than 5 minutes. I was in their appointment system in less than 10 minutes!!
