Our thermostat was not working properly. After several attempts of having it fixed, Gus, the technician was sent out to fix our thermostat. He listened to our concerns and was able to figure out the problem. Gus was knowledgeable and very thorough with his work, and once completed, he stayed through a heating cycle to ensure the thermostat was working properly.

He went over the service visit with photos, recommended some add-ons to my HVAC system, and explained very thoroughly what my options were. Lee's workers were very professional, cordial and did the job in a timely manner. We had two HVAC units replaced on the roof. We had work done inside the house to accomplish replacing the duct work. The workers were very accommodating, and did a thorough job of cleaning the area they worked on in the house and took away all the rubbish accumulated from the installations outside. Thank you Lees!

Our service was done early in the morning. Around 8am. It wasn't until my husband came home around 6pm and told me that, without permission, Lee's placed an advertisement lawn sign in front of our house. Not asking me for permission to place that sign first rubbed me the wrong way. The technician was friendly and efficient, but tried to sell a 2k-4k air purification system, even 1) after I told him a couple of times that I'm recently unemployed and my husband takes care of large financial decisions at the moment, and 2) after telling me our heating system was dirty, without showing me before/after photos of how dirty it was and any cleaning that was done. Though I received an email with some photos afterwards, its difficult to know what I'm looking at, why they were taken or what they mean. So who knows if we really do need that air purification system? I was also asked to give a review of the visit prior to it being concluded (and before I knew about the lawn sign).

Total system replaced from AC/Furnace to Cooling/Heat Pump. They built walkways in the attic, expanded the intake, and when our puny attic stairs broke they replaced the whole thing with a top of the line aluminum attic ladder system-- at no charge! All the ceiling work was done with clean lines and finished wood work.
SAME DAY installation!!!!
Our unit was not easily accessible but Javier and his crew were amazing. They worked fast, hard and efficiently with great respect for our home and a work ethic that is rarely seen anymore. The thing I loved was they were cheerful and having a good time while they worked, laughing, joking and really upbeat.
HIGHLY recommend & will be our go-to for any of the work they do.

Called this morning over a pipe leak to my washer, they came out within an hour to look and give me an estimate. They not only came back same day at 1 after grabbing parts and fixed my leak but also fixed my toilet, and garbage disposal as well. All for a reasonable time and price as well. John Seanez did a great job at being very communicative and timely getting the job done perfectly and Michael sanders did an amazing job at getting out here initially to tell us the problem, what needed to be fixed and pricing. Tough decision between 3 and 4 stars. On one hand, their employees are great and do an amazing job… on the other hand, overpriced and did not give me enough options.
Whole new HVAC system and I was sold on the variable speed Daikin R32. System is easy to operate, runs good and is supposed to be more efficient. However, variable speed means that it runs almost all the time and is blowing up my PG&E bill.
Their employees are very professional and reliable and that’s probably why they are more expensive than others. But, in hindsight, I would’ve rather spent thousands less on another option.

On Sunday afternoon our A/C died. I called Lee's Air on Monday they came out diagnosed the problem. Our 30 yr old A/C decided it was done. On Tuesday morning Lee's was there bright and early to install new A/C. There customer service was amazing. Kerri followed up on any questions or concerns very promptly. Always kind and friendly. Was surprised to receive a thank gift in the mail yesterday. I would highly recommend Lee's Air
