WARNING RIP OFF THEY GOT ME FOR $5000.they said i need a engine.later found out via serial # it was same engine.9 weeks later i pick up car and found out there was a lot of weed smoking going on in my car.rolling papers inside my car and a pair of sunglasses.some of the inside photos were not taken at Lens auto repair.I had items missing from my trunk too.STAY AWAY

This is the worst place ever, this guy takes your money and park your car in the street for weeks and months. Lies after lies, if you have time to waste please be my guess other than that find yourself self elsewhere.

THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW OF THE THINGS I SAW WITH MY OWN EYES ,ADDITION TO FIXING CARS THEY ALSO DO BODYWORK AND YOU CAN GET SOME OVERSPRAY OF PAINT ON YOUR CAR IF YOU LEAVE IT OVER NIGHT THATS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME ,I HAVE SEEN THEM BROKE PARTS TO THE ENGINE AND WAS GLUED BACK ON WITH KRAZY GLUE ,I HAVE SEEN LENS PUSH A LONG ROD INTO SOMEONE AIR SUSPENSION TO DAMAGED IT SO THEY WILL COME BACK TO THE SHOP ,HE HAVE ALSO STOLE PARTS FROM MY CAR AND ALSO DAMAGED MY SUSPENSION WHEN I WAS NOT LOOKING ,LENS SEENS TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO MERCEDES AND BMW AND A VERY DOWN TO EARTH GUY BUT HE’S ALSO A THIEF, I WILL NOT LEAVE MY CAR THERE UNINTENDED ,THESE DAY WITH ALMOST EVERY AUTOSHOP HAVE A COMPUTER YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR ALMOST ANYWHERE ,HE IS WAY OVERRATED, WARNING BE CAREFUL YOU RUN THE RISK OF THE THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPEN TO ME CAN HAPPEN TO YOU BE CAREFUL

Price was right my car said thank you and I rode off into the sunset If you dont support lens where else are you going to go? So let's say your car is broken and the dealership wants five hundred lens does it for 3 hundred Wow!!! Thanks!!! First of all try to find that locally on a Mercedes Benz. I dare you in this neighborhood Mercedes Benz mechanics are not that easily accessible especially the mechanics who know what they are doing. Lens rules but always eager to help and save his customers money his shop stays busy My advice come early or make an appointment even better. He also equips your vehicle with the Blizzy Code Intelligent gas cap protector and window jewelry. Pretty Cool keep ep up the good work I will definently keep spreading the good word People need to know so they dont have to pay upwards of $3000.00 elsewhere

The body work was perfect it was like I did get in an accident. It's the timeframe it took for the job to be completed was the nightmare. My accident was in June. I received my car back in August and there were still repairs required. None the less. Lens is a real nice man unfortunately my car was very hard to repair.

Hi good morning lads and damsels, len's auto shop is one of the shop that one can Get any kind of repair, listen if you want ur engine to be replaced, len's is the place to go, if you want ur engine to be rebuild, len's is the best place to go for any and all kinds of repairs. Lady's len, will look after you very special, guys you can get the same service for ur Vehicle, len's even do body repairs. Take it from me that good repairs len's is the place to go, engine , transmission, Body repairs, spraying ur car , van , bus. You name it Len's is the place to be.

A TOTAL SCAM. Started work on my car without my formal approval and providing a quote. Then he gives me a verbal price and then when it was time to pick up my car, he changed the price to be higher by $1600. Then the job is not well done. Save yourself time and aggravation and don't do business with this shop. Len doesn't deserve even 1 star but google is forcing this.

The owner Len does not give you a time frame when your car will be done. And when he tells you a certain day he’ll be done, he will tell you he needs a couple more days and will keep doing that. On top of that, get ready to recieve tickets by either traffic or MTA buses because he will leave your car anywhere where you WILL get a ticket. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere where it’s a little more proffesional

Smh Let me tell you about this shop Stay Away. I brought my BMW x5 here for a pcv valve replacement Len told me the job would be $800 I ask 1 of the other worker how long the job gonna take the guy told me couple hours well I didn't get my truck back for 2 whole months cause they only have 1 accessible lift the other 2 lift and just holding cars in the air that been there for iver a year and the bill was $2300 smh RIPOFFS I would see me car parked up the block from his shop every single day and everytime I called about it he would say yeah mon I did this and that to it then this happen so now I gotta get this piece and that piece when actually he's not doing anything but raising the price on you and my x5 still need correction from whatever mess Len did so it cost me more cause I brought my car to them. That's your fair warning what you do after that is on you but this shop should be shut down NEVER AGAIN
