When we moved our daughter into her apartment, her loft bed wouldn’t fit! I headed to Ace and was met with a great deal of help! An extremely helpful gentleman led us around back to the shop area (even helped me carry the loft bed) and used a saws all to fix the problem. Super nice, did a great job and very humble. I would refer Ace to friends. Small town feel in a large city - wonderful!

I rated this ok because it is a bigger store but the associates weren't that helpful. Ive been to a different location and felt the staff there was assertive, helpful and knowledgeable. Then as I checked out, I had purchases 4 things with also my wallet and phone in my hand. He didn't bag my items and instead watched me struggle to grab everything and leave as there was people behind me so I didn't want to keep holding them up.

Prices are a bit higher than the big-box stores but staff is much better and locations are more convenient. Lots of services available (knife sharpening, small engine work, rug doctor). Everything you could want in a hardware store.

Some staff are very knowledgeable, but some lack hustle. I ordered online and went to pickup my order, walked around to checkout (the pickup desk was blocked w plants and other merchandise) told them my name and pickup and had my order number read and waited for 12 minutes by checkout while staff helped other customers. No one brought my order up, so I got back in line and repeated my request to the new cashier. They did a good job and pulled my order from the back themselves. I want to support local businesses and jobs but this is not a compelling experience.

thank you mrSAM , gentlemen at cash register, the young person that made me a key (he did a great job), and older manager at paint desk (missed thier namesfor getting my key duplicated. i appreciate your service, your store and u all top menards, lowwes , and all local locksmiths running around in thier vans and declaring they can not do keys anymore.

This Ace Hardware is my favorite one in town. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They know the layout of the store well, and always help me locate exactly what I need. It is important to note that there are no public bathrooms, and the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

The folks at Ace were great when talking with them about some paint for my metal projects. They had recommendations and were very knowledgable about which primers and paints would hold up on metal surfaces but still be a water based paint.

Local hardware store with friendly and helpful staff. Say hello to the inhouse cats they have as well and enjoy some free popcorn when available. Prices are a little higher, so it is worth pursuing the Rewards membership. One downside there is no guest wireless, and is hard to get a good signal in the building. So if you are using the app, ensure you have your rewards screen pulled up prior to entering the building.

Fantastic employees! I know next to nothing about anything hardware related and within two minutes of walking in to the store two employees had helped me find exactly what I needed and answered all my questions. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and I felt no judgement for my lack of knowledge on what I needed. I will absolutely return if I need anything else!!

They had what I needed for painting one of rooms. Also there was a sale on paint samples which made it a lot more affordable to be able to find the perfect color to match our needs. It took about 10-15 to get the samples mixed but after that we paid and were on our way. We also were able to enjoy free and fresh popcorn while we waited. #FreePopcorn #Popcorn #Painting

Always friendly and helpful. I used to go to the big box stores, but here, I can find help when I need it, and it's quick to run in-and-out if I don't need assistance. Just about anything not in store can be ordered in quickly for pickup.

I really expected a little more curb appeal from a hardware store - the flooring is in absolutely awful condition. Also was not impressed with the limited amount of items per peg - o was looking for 6 of the same and only 1 and 2 respectively were in store (this is very common for Ace stores). However, staff was very friendly and helpful, and when I had to return some items that was also super quick and uncomplicated and I was pretty impressed by how easy that was.
