I was attending a wedding out of town and was having emergency car problems. Paul was more than willing to accommodate me without an appointment on a weekend even though they had limited hours. Paul and crew assessed and fixed my vehicle quickly and professionally. They took it for a short drive to check that everything was fixed and returned it to me. We appreciated their willingness to inspect and correct the issue on such short notice and for their professionalism. Do not use this shop!!!! I took my vehicle in for a simple front end alignment. I got the car back a few hours later and the car drove worse than before! I took my car to another shop and when they checked the alignment the tow was completely out of spec. The other shop also informed me both CV axles were burnt and leaking (Lentz used a blow torch to loosen the tie rod end jam nuts and didn't bother to protect the CV axle boots). The manager at Lentz owned up to their mistake and said they would re-do the alignment and replace both CV axles. I allowed them to fix their mistake and when I got my truck back I had the alignment checked again by another shop. The tow was technically within spec, but it was at the very TOP end of the spec (aka they did the bare minimum work to get it within spec). The work performed by them was poor and careless. The only positive that I have is they owned up to there mistake and did fix the CV axles for me. But in general.... Do NOT use this shop!!

I just wanted to say what a great place this was to work with when I needed my truck fixed!! The 2 major car dealerships were 2 weeks out or not sure when they'd be able to service my truck, but in a panic, I called Lentz and Paul and hos associate eased my mind when they said same day or next day repair!! And they didn't BS, it was done same day within 4 hours of them diagnosing the issue!! They were great with communication, and friendly service!! I will 100% be using them as my mechanic from now on!!

I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that had major suspension issues and over a couple of weeks as finances allowed Colton and crew basically rebuilt/replaced about 90% of the suspension. If you knew ANYTHING, you would know my vehicle had a timing BELT, not a CHAIN. There's a huge difference and it's embarrasing that you would even think a 2006 honda ridgeline has a timing chain. Your shop is FAR too overpriced and dishonest. Paying over 3k to replace a water pump kit and timing belt is a ridiculous quote. I called several mechanics around GR asking for quotes on all of the reccomended replacement parts for my truck, all of them were HALF of the quote you provided, and more extensive. Embarrassing for you, Colton and no one else. You told me in your "professional" opinion that it was not worth it to do more diagnostic testing. Please stop being dishonest to your customers. The concern arose when I realized I was working with dishonest people. You TOLD my father that the quote did not include parts that you *may* have to replace upon timing belt replacement. Not to mention insulting me further by offering me a third of scrap price for my vehicle, repulsive behavior on your part, and it makes your family's buisiness look bad. Wanted to charge me 3x the price to replace my timing belt, water pump and camshaft sensor. Colton Lentz doesn't seem to know exactly what's going on with his clients vehicles, you will have better luck speaking directly to the mechanics here. When I made the decision to scrap my vehicle, Colton offered me 3x lower than any other offer I was going to get, which felt like an insult on top of everything. Overall, I had a very unfortunate experience and will not be returning for ANY repairs. This experience completely burned me and my family's faith in Lentz. If you just want your brakes and rotors replaced, this is a great spot to get it done, if you want any other extensive work done, I highly reccomend finding help elsewhere.

UPDATE to reply to the owner: - Check the records. We initially declined, but ultimately approved all the repairs since we were told it would fix the problem (ie engine mount). We even came down the last time from northern Michigan after the owner (Colton) recommended that the mechanic (Mike) and I test drive it together to confirm the ongoing unresolved issue, and hopefully make things right. Mike noted the clunking was still present. This was clearly conveyed to Colton, who stated there was nothing further that could be offered, and no refund would be issued despite our only concern not being addressed. Again, Mike was honest and helpful. But Colton was the opposite, and the Jeep never left the shop operating properly. - This response from the owner denying that their very own mechanic reported ongoing concerns about the clunking only confirms the low quality of customer service we experienced and solidifies my choice to strongly recommend against using this business. Initial review: We brought our Jeep here for a clunking issue. Paid $1500 for repairs, only to find it was still clunking. Brought it back for $500 more in repairs, still with no change. $2000 later with no improvement, we brought it elsewhere and found out there were multiple codes with timing, crank sensor, VVT issues causing transmission difficulties. Respectfully, Colton the owner had little to no idea what was going on each time I spoke with him. Mike, the mechanic, was a lot more helpful. The previous owner Paul always took care of us well and I've been loyal to this place for years, but with the transition in ownership I will never go back.

I brought my Subaru in with transmission issues, and the staff was very friendly, communicative, and helped break down issues, pricing, and potential options. Huge thank you to Colton, who I mainly spoke with, for his professionalism and great customer service. The mechanics working on the vehicles are also very kind and want you to feel confident about your vehicle when you leave. I would trust this shop to work on my car again! Edit to add: The pricing is quite high (as is all car maintenance). Always do your own due diligence in quotes from other places as well! But Lentz will always work with you and look for best options :)
