Called Leo's about a quote for 4 tires, and he gave me an excellent price. On the day we were supposed to come in, I called to confirm the 5:20 appointment and to make sure the tires were still there, and they were; the employee on the phone said "It's okay hun, we'll wait for you to get here." Verbatim. (Even though they close at 6:30pm?) We drove to Leo's and arrived at exactly 5:20, and one of the men approached the car and said "Sorry, we're closed." and walked away. When we explained the situation to him, again, he said "I'm closed now, sorry." and walked away again. Unprofessional and quite rude as a business, to say the least. I'm sure they're great people working there, but we will not be returning to Leo's for tires, or any other services for our vehicles because of this experience.

When you call know your tire size. Be on time for your appointment. My appointment was at 9 and at 9:25 I pulled out of the lot with 4 new tires The owner is pleasant his crew worked fast.

The staff were rude and extremely unprofessional as they attempted to get more money out of me than we initially agreed upon for a service that wasn't used! However they did complete the job in a timely fashion and I was able to make it to my appointments on time. If I could suggest anything it would be that this establishment shouldn't be your initial choice for business however it is a reliable option if you're in a jam..

Great experience and great service. After my 3rd visit to this place I feel I should leave this review. I am always well taken care of and the prices are more than reasonable. The customer is excellent, and the business is staffed by true Flint locals. It's nice to support a business that helps support our city!

So far so good. Leo's offers a thirty day warranty but make sure to keep your receipt. They only take cash, so be prepared. If you forget to bring cash there is an ATM next door in the gas station, it's ~$3 for the fee. The guys at Leo's were friendly and quick. I had my front two tires replaced and it took them maybe 10 minutes in the rain.

Scammers, sold me a tire on 5/5 tire wouldnt hold are after one day went back on 5/12 during hours and nobody was there. Returned today and was told i had a nail in tire that they didnt show me or give me the option to plug or not and just charged me for plugging. They Dont care about customer service. Tires aren't quality. Save yourself some cash and get better service going to Budget New and Used tires on Corunna Rd

I had a flat last night. My friend took my tire off and put it in the trunk. He put the donut on so that I could get to work this morning. It ended up being a nail Leo's plugged it for $10 and then put it back on my car for an additional $5. They were very busy and they were very nice. I rate it a good experience 💲💲

I took a tire on the rim, had the tire replaced and it cost me 40 dollars. My roommate did the same thing and it cost him 23 dollars. And I had already bought 2 tires last week which they had to take off the car. Then I paid 80 dollars.

Love love love Leo's! Most places won't offer the tire patch to the customer. They only want to upsell, even if a brand new tire isn't necessary. You're in great hands at Leo's. My last visit I didn't have to step out of my vehicle at all! 5 stars

I got two tires there within a few days of each other and one ended up going flat. I am taking it later today to see exactly why somewhere else but it won’t stay blown up for whatever reason and it’s been like a week. I made the mistake of not keeping the receipt but when I called up there and talked to them about it they were rude with me on the phone and told me there was nothing that could be done. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going there ever again.

Owner is hands on providing service, I've gotten several sets of used tires and both times he had matching sets. Once I only needed 1 tire and he had a match for what is on my truck, all at a very reasonable price. He doesn't have Discount Tires overhead and that savings is passed down to you.
