Will they get the job done and make your car look great again? Yes. Is the work they do of quality caliber? Yes. Are they the most honest? Pfft.. in the auto business, there is no honest soul. I came across Leonardo's Auto Body and was approached by the owner who told me he would help me save. I was told the job would be done within 3 days. I got a rental (which wasn't covered by insurance) and figured hey 3 days is nothing. 3 days became 5 days which became 8 days. I paid for 7 days out of pocket for my rental because the guys at Leonardos couldn't get it together. The 8th day was actually paid for by the owner because he realized I was fed up with the hold ups and bullshit and he himself offered to pay for the final day. When I finally got my car back, I was actually surprised to see the excellent job that was done. If these guys sucked at being prompt and honest, they made up for it in the quality of their work that's for sure. Body work and the paint was on point. I was very happy... until I got home and looked around my car and noticed things in my car were rummaged thru and I was missing a couple small items including 2 brand new screwdrivers that I kept on the side of my driver door. I doubt that Artie, the owner, had anything to do with it but some of the guys he has working there look like crack fiends and I'm sure they probably go thru every car they get. Overall, I'm upset that Leonardo's has some loser criminals working at the shop but most important thing is Leonardo's got the job done and my car looks great again and honestly, Artie did keep his word and he helped me save, as I didn't have to come out of pocket at all. But please Artie, for the sake of your business, get the thieves out of your shop. In conclusion, if you want your car to look as it did before your accident and maybe even better, then Leonardo's can do it for you.
