I came here - by word of a friend - when my car was in a hit and run, leaving my trunk completely inoperable. The Polishing Pad team led by Shane communicated with me the entire way, talked out what needed to be done and got to work. When I got my car back, it was brand new. It hadn’t looked like that since it rolled off the parking lot in 2013. It’s a family run business - been around for generations - and they really back up that message with the way they treat their customers. Head here asap.

Polishing pad did an amazing job with my car. Their sense of urgency and efficiency was amazing. They gave me my car back earlier than expected and they just did an amazing amazing job. I recently had to take my car in for repairs due to an unfortunate accident where my car was hit on the side. I was a bit nervous about the whole process because of prior auto body shop experience. I was recommended by Thomas and Eric to have my car repaired at The Polishing pad. This is where I met the gem of the company-Shane. Shane and his family, at the auto repair shop put all my worries to rest. From the moment I brought my car in, they were incredibly professional and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and give me a clear understanding of the damages and the repairs needed. Throughout the entire process, Shane kept me updated on the status of the repairs and provided me with timely progress reports. Shane was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the repairs. When I finally got my car back, I was amazed at how great it looked. The repairs were done to perfection, and my car looked like it was brand new. This is my 2nd vehicle I had repaired at The Polishing Pad, both times being perfectly more than happy with the work they do. Shane and Vaughn run a top class shop and if they can please a fussy "pain in the ass" like me they have to be good! Shane took the lead from offering his professional advice to helping me file the insurance claim and hooking me up with a rental car until my vehicle was ready for pick up. My vehicle is a brand new 2024 loaded vehicle with all the latest hi-tech stuff and I got it back with everything working as it should. The repairs, the paint work and even their complimentary detailing was impeccably done. Vaughn & Shane (and Madison too!) are running an incredibly well oiled business. They would make their father so proud for they had big shoes to fill! They are honest, respectful men whose team does superior work. I’ve brought too many cars there to count (many more than once 🫣) and somehow, my cars come back looking better than when I picked them up from the dealership! They make everything seamless for their customers which is highly appreciated: from arranging rental car drop offs/pick ups, even to sending me home in an uber if I’m just dropping off. There is nobody else I’d recommend to others and certainly nobody else I’d let touch my cars. From minor to major damage, there is no job they haven’t been able to handle!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the Polishing Pad for the GREAT job they did repairing my wife's car this past November. A Motorcycle rider drove his bike straight into my wife's Subaru as she was backing into the driveway. This Shop did the repairs in a professional and timely manner, keeping us updated at all times. They even got it back to us earlier than they promised. It's been 3 months and the car drives perfectly with no apparent signs the car was ever in an accident. I would highly recommend this body shop and will use them again if needed.

Got in to an accident on Thursday Jan 29 , unfortunately someone hit me . Called Polishing Pad & that Saturday brought my truck in to be looked at . Both Shane & Vaughn were so helpful . Guiding me through the insurance part , explaining everything that would be done & even got me hooked up with Enterprise for a rent a car . When I got my truck back last week I was smiling from ear to ear . It was brand new . If anyone ever gets involved in an accident or just needs help with their vehicle I strongly suggest Polishing Pad . Not only the way you are treated , which is with top notch respect but also the work they put in I truly couldn’t be happier . Side note - I explained how I lost my spare key & they mentioned to me someone who they deal with . Not only did I get it for SO much cheaper than my dealership told me but the time was just night & day . Dealership told me it’s an all day thing , the key was done & given to me in 10 minutes . Polishing Pad helped me in so many ways .
