I've been there many times, and every time, it took a while(more than an hour) to fix simple issues, like repair flat tire with small screw, or something like that. But the last time, it was too much. I brought the car in at 8 a.m. I just needed to change two tires that I had with me. It was a 15-minute job. I asked how long it would take, and they said they would call me. After 3 hours, I called them myself, and they told me it would be 40 more minutes. 30 minutes later, I returned to the shop and saw that they hadn't even started the work. In the end, I just took my keys, the job wasn't done, and I was late for my work. Fantastic fast service. Never come back.

The price was reasonable. The time to change my tires was way longer than it should have been. My donut was not placed back in my vehicle correctly and they broke part of the mount in the trunk. They never reset the low tire on my dash. The staff were respectful and professional.

Excellent experience. I visited based on all the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I had 2 RV tires that needed to be put on and balanced. I visited on a busy Saturday and they immediately took me in. The technician, nicknamed Wolf, was extremely pleasant and very professional. Bottom line - these guys know what they are doing which is paramount to me as you want tires to be done right. This place was recommended to me a couple years ago regarding tires. I never went. I did my own homework on wheels & tires. Fast-forward to present day, I bought my own set of wheels tires this year, was in an accident that filled my jeep and totaled it. My daughter and I walked away with minor cuts on me and some PTSD. Needless to say I went out and purchased a newer Jeep Wrangler. I had these tires that needed to be placed on the new Jeep, but I needed a lift in order to do so. Which led me to this location. I explained my situation and needs. They did some research and helped me pick out a lift kit. My tires were placed on and they shaved down my bumper a little until I can get a new bumper. These guys were very helpful. I'll recommend anyone to this shop.
