When to have car wash and during wash emblem must have come loose workers called counter person out to look at it which I did not notice to look at it, which she did and then let me ride off and when I returned to ask about it she said she doesn’t know what happened when she was called out to look at it without my knowledge to view it and then laughed, all she had to do was tell me and it would have been all good but they tried to hide damage from me.

Just changed the oil for a family friend who has been going there for the last 3 years with a leased vehicle. The bottom rock pan and the drain plug appeared to have never been removed. The vehicle still had its original OEM oil filter and it looked several years old. The oil was black as coal and had sludge in it on the dipstick and in the fill cap. The car only has 26,000 miles on it and she has had the oi changed every 5000 miles with synthetic oil. In my experience there is no way this oil has ever been changed. There is no way to remove the oil without taking off the rock pan and it's 15 odd pins which affix it to the bottom of the car. She stayed at J &E for her oil changes and they always took less than 10 minutes. Absolutely impossible to remove the rock pan from the bottom of the car and complete an oil change in 10 minutes.

Should be hire good cashier.she argue every time …I been customer since last two year driving a taxi every two months I change oil. Before they charge $45 …then they start $55 it’s ok … Today charge me $75. It should be $55 .every time this cashier argue .today charged me $20 extra …

They sold me a RAV4 in Florida which already was sketchy since it appears like their salesman here doesn't actually have a license and said we have to say we bought out of state. After waiting three weeks for the title it arrived without any signatures in someone else's name and is completely worthless to us. Now we have expired dealer plates which I'm doubting are even legit and a title we can't use. Absolutely no one will return our repeated calls and messages. Super shady business practices and we now have hired a lawyer to start suing each individual and all the businesses involved. What a horrible experience stay far away from any of their people and businesses

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle here for any mechanical issues, Oil change? okay great spot for oil change+car wash, but the absolute WORST spot to bring your car for any mechanical issues, the two Russian or German guys will rip you off creating fake issues, I ended up paying over $800 bucks!!! So do not go through what I had to go through, best spot for oil change but worst spot for any mechanical issue. Be aware of the two Russian/German men, the one wearing the glasses is the worst thief!!! Today I went and asked for the manager and they fixed it don’t know for how long but they still charged me for what they did, I was charged $110 for the part and $70 for labor all together with tax $195 so total amount that cost me was $1000 and for what?? for what they did, they broke it, they fixed it and I had to waste my time and money because of that. Will never ever go back to this place and I know many friends who are regulars here, will make sure to share my experience with them as well. Shame on you people! no apologies instead more bills

I am a naturally skeptical person, but I keep coming back here for auto repairs. Whenever I think someone else is better at repairs, I have been disappointed. Then I kept returning here afterwards just to find out that these people provide better work. They seem to be extremely knowledgeable for some reason and tell up front what is wrong and what needs to be done. No stress.

J&E suppose to be open on Sundays from 9am to 3pm.. I came early abt 8 and wasn't open. So I went home. Abt 9:15 I look up to see if they open on Sunday. Clearly it say Sunday from 9am to 3pm its 950, and of course they are not open? Why say its open when your not? It's not raining or snowing.. So why aren't they open? Bad business practice..

My car was in the car wash and towards then end where they clean the inside of the car they left my car too close to where the cars come out the wash. The car behind me hit into my car multiple times before the worker could get control of it. it messed up my bumper and paint!!! The worker then proceeded to lie and say it never happened when the man who’s car it was, was RIGHT there when it happened and i heard the crunching sounds from inside which made me go outside. They have cameras EVERYWHERE and they still tried to lie in spanish to the other workers because they didn’t think i understood them. Also as soon as i walked inside to speak to the front desk lady they tried to pop my bumper back in and act like it wasn’t messed up still . i spoke with the “manager” who was VERY rude and trying to say it was nothing wrong with my car when i have literal pictures and videos of the incident. I filed a police report the next day because from the jump they were trying to lie to my face when i seen the damage and heard it and the man who’s car went into mine was outside when it happened. DO NOT GO HERE !!! my car was STILL dirty inside even after all this stuff happened and the lady at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. Nobody wanted to give me the managers number after they caused damage to my car due to their dumb workers. DO NOT GO HERE they can’t do anything right and will not take responsibility for anything.
