Brought my van in about 6 months ago for 4 tires. Felt a slight vibration right off the bat, but thought nothing of it. Just went to check my rear brakes and noticed there are 2 wheel weights on the inner lip of the wheel. I’m a mechanic, you never do this especially without relaying it to the customer. I also just found a nail in the other tire, so do I return for the patch and tire rebalance or just go to Discount Tire where I’ve never had an issue? ***Update*** Marco reached out with 24hrs and asked me to bring it in. He balanced all 4, did a rotation and patched 2 nails Took less than an hour. Satisfied with the quality of customer service. Will update again about quality of vehicle service after road test ****update**** exceptional customer service, sub par quality of service. One of my tires was 10 psi low. I believe A wheel is still out of balance as well. At highway speeds there’s a vibration and I can accelerate out of it.

The team here is so professional, helpful and patient! They did a swift eval to diagnose a sound I’m hearing in my sedan’s front end, and used a print-out graphic to help me understand the differences between my struts and shocks, and low control arms as we talked about the concerns. They also said the parts would be guaranteed for life. Definitely recommend.

Paid 164$ to have my tire pressure sensors fixed …. Still not fixed. I want a refund!!! Update: I returned to have this issue fixed only to have the same issue still going on. And they had the audacity to ask me to remove this post!!! Refund me my money( every cent!!) and MAYBE, I’ll take it down. Until then I’d recommend not using this shop. I now have to take it to somewhere else cause they had two attempts to make it right and failed yet again. Full refund is the only solution

Dropped tire off in the morning to be repaired and was told it would be done shortly and they would give me a call. No phone call all day so I decided to show up the next morning and the tire still wasn't done. I was told that they will get to it this morning and just to hang out and wait like I have nowhere to be.

Nate was such an amazing help! I had called to get 2 Toyo tires since I have a specific tire to fit my wheel and he was able to order them for me same day. I had mechanical issues on my way to the shop and I called to inform them and they were very friendly and told me they would hold my tires for me. I went in a few days after my car was fixed and Nate was there to greet me and was amazing! Customer service is the best here!

Very bad service, my truck went in at 10:00 am for an oil change, they quoted me $119.90, and when I picked up my truck, they charged me $210.00. I had to call to ask if it was ready at 5:30 pm, and they didn't even do the alignment, which was the main reason I took it there. They practically forced me to buy new tires from them, saying they wouldn't do the alignment unless I bought new tires, and they left the truck covered in spilled oil. LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION, DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS They will surely come and respond, that i can come whenever i wants and his team will gladly help me

They are always great, this location goes above and beyond. Jose stayed late and didnt hesitate to throw my rig back on the hoist even though they were closed already for the night. They work on Promasters which had been a tough find. Love this place and highly recommend. Best warranty, honest pricing and good mechanics.

Nathaniel I believe is his name-- amazing. Customer service and friendliness are off the charts! My tires were getting bald and I told him about I'm prone to migraines and my last tires were noisy. He gave me a few options and recommendations, gave me a quick 101 on tires, and here we are! Also, a day after, my tires were flat, it's not anyone's fault. It's just life. He and his team helped me out hassle free! I love the tires-- they are a lot less noisy, turning is SO smooth, and ultimately, driving is more fun. Props to you guys and I'll be coming back again :)

I bought 5 new tires from the Thornton location. 4 of the 5 tires were produced in 2025. The fifth tire, the spare, the one you can't see is a 2024 tire still charged full price. Moral of the story, pay for the premium Open Range AT tires and premium service to get exploited. They will lie to you thinking you don't know what you're doing. Check your spare.

Alignment, called at 1:40pm I was told to bring my vehicle in , arrived at 2:30 waited 4 hrs for it , when they closed at 6:00pm I inquired about it , and they simply responded , oh ! we couldn’t get to it …can you bring it tomorrow? I said no ! I brought my vehicle at 2:30pm and I have seen walk-ins being taking care of !! Then they said ok lets work on it it might take some time … at 7:00 pm nope , they were not able to complete the alignment, I was given another appointment for tomorrow morning , poor service !!!
