You get 5 stars cuz your parking lot was swept free from debris. Why? Well, when this cop pulled me over and I had to modify my license plate cover on NYE, I was sure glad you kept a clean lot cuz otherwise I would have ruined my outfit due to having to get on my knees to get out of the ticket. Had a great experience here yesterday. Needed front brakes done. They were competitively priced, clear communication and excellent customer service. David and Jasmine were super helpful. Very happy with the whole transaction. I needed additional information, Jasmine got me what I needed. There was a little delay getting parts and David kept me apprised of what was going on. (BMW parts, didn't surprise me.) Anyway, wholeheartedly recommend these folks.

2 years since my last review. The staff there is AMAZING. Isiah was super friendly and helped quite a bit along with everyone else. I brought my pretty janky van in (that I'm restoring) and they were super helpful - didn't judge the super wonky tire I had that needed immediate work. They went far above and beyond for me and I'm very grateful for their excellent service and attention to detail. Will definitely use them in the future. See the "before" picture for the tire issue they helped me solve.

I try not to complain, but this just rubbed me the wrong way. And it’s not the first incident. Pros: Nice people Cons: 1. A few months ago, they gave me someone else’s keys instead of my keys. 2. Recently, upon arriving at my 2pm appointment, another gentleman walked in for service right ahead of me. They took his car in pretty quickly. It was 35min past my appt so I asked how long it would take. The nice lady said she would find out and went to the work area and told the guys to get my car into a bay, to which they did. So, 55min past my appointment I see them backing my car out, only to then pull it into the bay next to mine where the gentlemen's car use to be. It took them 10min to get the job done. It seems more logical to have someone wait 10extra min(how long it took them to do my car) then having someone wait 55 extra minutes. 3. The smell inside is awful from the tires and it’s making my nasal area hurt. There’s no seating outside to avoid the smell.

Poor Workmanship, Damaged Vehicle, Lack of Integrity Apparently ZERO stars is not an option. This shop damaged multiple parts on my vehicle. After I received my car back from replacing lower control arms, brakes and alignment, it began making a loud clucking/rattling noise. I returned the vehicle to them to inspect the work they just performed and they reported that the noise is coming from the strut that was recently (8 months ago) replaced by a different reputable shop which I have perform a majority of my vehicle service. As that part was under warranty, I brought the vehicle into that shop to validate the findings reported by Les Schwab. Not only did they assess that the strut is 100% sound (both part and install) they detected two other damages incurred by Les Schwab. First, they used a cut off wheel to remove a nut/bolt to remove the part I hired them to replace, slicing and cutting into my newly installed wheel hubs (also 8 months ago). Photos included which don't do a lot of justice compared to the video we have taken. Second, it was found that the newly encountered noise was coming from another part damaged by Les Schwab. This cost another $500 to repair, as well as having damaged hubs. I called the Manager at Les Schwab to discuss the findings of their work. I also showed him the photos. In summary, I received a lot of defensive double talk and denial of responsibility in return. Its a shame this person lacks integrity as well as the mechanic who decided it was proper workmanship of his craft to slice into adjacent parts of a customer's car and sending it off while collecting money. All in all, I came in for simple work and left with over $1200 of parts damage from this shop.. Les Schwab has not offered to correct the issue nor offered any monetary compensation or refund. The claim will be ongoing. I would not recommend anyone use this shop if they value quality and integrity of the work that goes into keeping them and their family safe while on the road.

First off I never write reviews but the service I had from here was so above and beyond that I was so grateful. I took my car in that kept getting flat, dropped it off they plugged where I had a screw in it. Then 3 hours later my tire was going flat again I had a roofing nail in my tire in a different spot! (Side note my neighbors just did their roof) such bad luck 5 mins before closing they took me back in and fix the tire again for me! Thanks Sean and Nick for staying late and doing that!

I got a flat tire and had to come in just before they were going to close. They were extremely nice and worked on my car immediately. I had my small children with me, and they even put the TV back on for us while we waited. They got us back on the road quickly and I'm extremely grateful.

My dad's a car guy, he knows a lot of people in the business that could've helped me way better than Les Schwab. My ego of wanting to do it my way got in the way and I learned my lesson too late. I went into Les Schwab for an alignment. I made the appointment and everything. Instead of aligning my tires, they said it didn't need an alignment, just 2 new tires in the front for double the price. I wanted to trust them because I figured they knew what they were doing. I ended up paying $344 for new tires. The end result: I'm out $344 and scraping up 2 new tires instead of just rotating the ones I had, and getting an alignment. Do what you want, but I don't advise going to Les Schwab. They don't want to do the right thing, they want money.

They’re friendly and nice but it’s always two hours even with an appointment.. the Fox News in the waiting room is unforgivable though… also stop making your employees run, them saving 30 seconds on top of the two hours we’re waiting doesn’t really matter to us. We’d rather have your employees treated with respect.. even if they like Fox News ;)

I've been a customer of les schwab for 20 years, but that likely changed today. Had an appointment at this morning to get a new tire. I also asked them to check a second tire that was showing low tire pressure as well as the tire pressure monitoring system. Was told the tire wasn't in stock and they had one coming from another location but wouldn't be very long. 4 hours later I finally asked what was up. Turned out nobody actually ordered the tire and I had been sitting there for nothing. They finally send someone to pick it up and put it on. 5 hours later total, they didn't check the other low tire, didn't check the tire pressure system,(for the second consecutive visit),and the topper....my car now smells like a giant dirty armpit from the tech. Service has been declining here in recent years. Now it just feels like the most important thing to them are the services they can charge for.

(Brakes) not necessarily the money that I wanted to spend, but definitely worth getting fixed correctly. I got a screw in my tire and they fixed it quickly and for free. As usual, Les Schwab did a great job. We've had many adventures involving Les Schwab Tires. In September, we limped into a Schwab in Fort Townsend, Washington in our RV. They waited for 1/2 hour after they closed for us to arrive and let us spend the night in their parking lot ;-). Except for the lights being on all night, it was just like being in an RV park.

I went to this Les Schwab yesterday after getting a low tire pressure notification. Jasmine answered the phone and was incredibly kind, professional and clearly focused on a “customer first” approach. I appreciated her willingness to get me in despite it being near the end of the day. When I arrived, Sean greeted me and provided excellent customer service that was quick and customized. I returned to pick up my car and Sean was still there and clearly remembered me and greeted me again. He let me know that my car was in process and should be done soon. After a short wait, he let me know the issue and told me that everything was complete. The checkout process was quick and easy. Eliana was the technician working on my car. She completed the work and took great care of my car as she carefully pulled it around a full lot. My experience at this business was 10/10. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate this staff and their attention to detail, customer service, professionalism, and timely service. I will return for my future tire needs. Thank you!

I worked with Sean wanting a certain brand of struts and shocks on my car. He went above and beyond to get the requested parts, and even worked with me after scheduling and getting to work on the car finding that one of the front suspension components of my car was defective. We worked through that, and got me rescheduled in short order. He and his team worked hard and fast to get my car safely back on the road. Thank you Sean and Les Schwab!
