Ryan was prompt for two visits, and we live further out in Washington County. His diagnostics were fast and perfectly accurate after our car had suffered rodents chewing away wiring for our fuel pump - not an easy sleuth but he figured it out quickly and had the car up and running in less than a half hour and with a solid temporary fix. Due to needing certain parts he came back for the final solution to the fix and even found a quicker and much less labor intensive pathway than originally estimated and those savings were passed on in the final invoice; a savings of hundreds of dollars and a cost that if this had been from a dealership or a “mini specialist” I’m certain they would have charged for the more expensive fix without actually having done the work ! Honestly with true skill can be hard to find these days and Ryan has our future loyalty !

I called Friday. Friendly on the phone, and quickly sent me an estimate for the diagnostic needed for the non-running RV. We made an appointment for 9am Wednesday (seems super-fast!). Ryan checked in the night before to confirm and was prompt that morning. He was friendly, and quick. 30 minutes later my RV was running and he showed me the part I need AND showed me how to do it. One of the best experiences, bought a used BMW drive for a couple weeks and bam , went in limp mode and headlights on one side wasn't working. I am new in area too. I had rodent damage on my evap hose so I reached out to Ryan for a quote. He responded to my form submission and helped educate me on what the damaged hose was for. He gave me an estimate before even arriving to let me know of the costs upfront. While repairing my main issue, he found additional rodent damage on a tire speed sensor and let me know of potential costs for that repair as well. He exceeded expectations with how he charged for work. I wasn't over charged or charged per hour and I felt like I was being helped by a friend. Very polite guy and showed up exactly when he said he would.
