As usual a simple tire repair estimate of 2.5 hour wait with all stalls empty in their shop. It's no wonder people don't go there anymore. I tried to give them one last chance. Now I'm at American Tire with a eager staff to serve a customer

I usually don't take my vehicles to this shop as I've heard bad reviews but had an emergency and reluctantly decided to go for 2 new tires. I had a blowout on 1 front tire and went to have it and my other front tire replaced. I asked while I was there for an inspection of my rear tires as they had never been replaced with 50,330K miles on the original manufacturer of the 2021 vehicle. I was told the rear tires were "totally fine and have a lot of life left in them" 4 weeks later as I'm getting an oil change at 52,100 miles and I'm told my rears are at 1/32 remaining and i have a torn AC boot on my front axel. I called this Les Schwab shop back and they told me they always inspect axels, AC, boot, etc when replacing front tires. I asked how was they missed the torn boot and ESPECIALLY the rear tires as they are in unsafe range and they said "sometimes we miss things" I left Les Schwab trusting that my wife's vehicle was safe and in good working order and that was clearly far from the truth. I'll be visiting America's Tire today to have the rears replaced as I wish I would have done in the first place. Beware when visiting this location.

Don’t go here for an alignment! Took my truck in here May 2021 and I just had the ball joints done at another place. Took my truck to let Schwab just for an alignment. Got the truck back with excessive play in the steering wheel. The excessive play was blamed on the steering gearbox needing replacement. I believe them because I thought they were professionals. Well I decided to take the truck home without the excessive play in the steering wheel been remedied. They said that it wasn’t their problem and they could still do an alignment with the steering gearbox with excessive play. Well now it is October 2021 and I have put 1500 miles on the truck since les Schwab did the alignment and I was told that all suspension components were in good working order and that it was just the steering gearbox needed replacement and causing the excessive play in the steering. I was driving my truck and the outer tie rod sheared off causing an accident. This was a part that I was told was inspected and in proper working order. So today I called less Schwab and inform them of what had taken place. The first lady I talk to Maria was very kind. Then I talked to John the alignment tech who worked on my truck. He basically told me that it’s not his problem and wasn’t even willing to look at the truck after I was able to get it back on the road to inspect other components that could’ve been damaged. I will never do Business with this company ever again. What they don’t know just talking to me is that I own a fleet of 20+ trucks that regularly get serviced at Les Schwab. I think now it’s time to start shopping somewhere else for my service/tires because they are overlooking safety and not putting the customer first.

After getting a flat tire on my trailer on the way to Cali from Texas and another repair shop refusing to even look at the tire (instead pointed me to a hardware store across the street to buy a new one), I stopped into Les Schwab and not only did they fix it quickly, there was no charge! 5 stars!

Amazing and caring staff. I had to come in today for a tire losing air. Of course I was in a hurry. Brittany at the front desk was fantastic. She understood the problem, she informed me of the timeline, and she was incredibly caring when I expressed stress about the timeline. The men in the back were great as always getting me fixed and on my way in a timely manner even though they were swamped. Thanks again for such great customer service.

Got my ride share inspection done on my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon(JKU) and these guys were friendly and helpful. So glad Les Schwab offers this service. Going to Sacramento to get it done at a auto repair shop was always a hassle and most places wanted me to leave it overnight. I was greeted with a very Rude lady I believe her name is Britney. I have always had my tires serviced and replaced by Les Schwab in Colorado and Nevada. I was on vacation in California and was glad to find a Les Schwab here but after the service I was provided I’m really disappointed.

Greeted with a scowl from the only lady working not wearing a Les Schwab collared shirt. She was very short and very rude with me from the beginning, and honestly I wouldn’t be leaving this review if I knew why. I was nothing but professional with her even when she was repeatedly disrespectful towards me with her aggressively rude tone, and to top it off I was not given a time frame as to when the overpriced rubber I just purchased would be put on my wheel so I could leave the ever growing uncomfortable atmosphere the lady in green had created. (Ended up being just about 2 hours). The only thing that I can say that’s positive is that her poor professionalism didn’t reflect that of her co workers, the other people working there seemed genuinely nice and had a good attitude about them, maybe it was an off day for her and hopefully she’s a more pleasant person to be around a majority of the time but as someone who was subjected to her disgusting attitude I will be taking my future business else where!

For the service and extras you get with less schwabb the slightly higher price is worth it. They will fix your flat on your vehicles cheaply and quickly. This location gets busy and their techs are focused on servicing the vehicles. Calling ahead or setting up an appointment is best for this location.
