Since my friend mentioned you guys several years ago (roughly 2019 or 2020) in Rialto, I have never taken my car elsewhere, minus out of town tire issues, you guys are affordable, reliable, dependable, and better priced than many other sites. I even tell Audi maintenance that I go to Les Schwab rather than get tires from Audi Dealerships. I was greeted by Mario, so professional and honest. An honest man will always bring back more business. He took the time to explain things. I was previously told by another shop that I needed to replace my tire. He was honest enough to say I just needed rotation and alignment. I know eventually I will need a new tire and I will be coming back for sure. They took care of my son’s tire and alignment as well.Very satisfied customer.

I went in on one spare tire. I want to see if they can repair my tire with a nail. The front desk was friendly. They said they can't repair the tire. They put my spare tire back on. WHEN I DRIVE AWAY, MY car shows the flat tire sensor missing. Note, when I drove to the store, my car board doesn't show anything.

Jared was super helpful in helping me to select the right tire for my truck. He explained the benefits of each different option available to me and did not try to "sell me" on any one product. Ultimately I selected the the Toyo Tire that had the best overall look and tread for what I needed. I am thankful for the time he took to help me choose the right tires. He made the scheduling super easy for me to come back a few hours later so that I didn't have to wait around, and the team got me in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. I feel that they really respected my time which was equally as valuable as the price I paid for my tires.

This place has a nice customer area and they fixed the screw I had in my tire at no cost. It is an upgraded version of a competing tire shop. I'm going to be trading or changing where I purchase my tires now. They had a nice large screen color television running some home improvement channel. Nicer than just staring at a blank white wall. Since they match prices no reason to go anywhere else.

Thank you, Mario!!! My boyfriend and I were in the parking lot inspecting my Honda Civic’s bottom panel scrapping the asphalt and Mario saw us and asked us if we needed any help. The Good: Nice reception. Friendly staff. Went in late they still accommodated me for wheel alignment. Nice waiting area maintained cool with a lot of tables and seating. Clean uncluttered floor. Wheel alignment was $129.99 for BMW X5. Probably not the lowest u can get. But overall experience justifies it. Did not get tires so not sure abt. tire pricing

Les Schwab has been amazing. I just moved from Out of state and I needed a tire rotation they did it quickly and efficiently. I was on my way to work and got a flat tire and I came back here to get it fix. Johnathan took care of my car and was able to patch it up quickly and get me off to work. Johnathan was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to oversell me anything. His priority was my safety and it was apparent in his work. I will be a continued customer at Les Schwab because they are looking out for you as the customer and your safety and they aren’t trying to upsell you like many places do.
