I have been going to les schwab for my tires since 2019 and honestly not ONCE have I had a good experience not here nor the location in Perris. For example, today took my car in for a tire rotation and a brake check and yes i was having some issues but their prices were just not something I could afford right now for a new set of tires (estimated around 600) and some new front brakes (also estimated around 600) so I declined and asked just for my tires to be rotated after the technician attempt to persuade me to approve the $1200 service and not only that but IMMEDIATELY offering a payment plan without letting me reject it (it seems extremely over priced especially since I was able to get a quite from several other places for only 600 for BOTH services) but once I just asked for the tire rotation he immediately hung up the phone. Once I picked up my car I checked and my tires were NOT rotated like I had asked even though my car was there since 9am and I gave the ok for the tire rotation around 10:30am my car was ready for pick up at 11 am and you are telling me not ONCE did anyone rotate my tires? This isnt the first time I have had this happen and not just at this location. I have had tire rotations here before that have taken a MINIMUM of 2 HOURS!! I have never been able to go to a les schwab and have something as simple as a tire rotation go smoothly. Today was the first time I didn't have to stay because I had ride but wow you're telling me the only way I can go to les schwab is either have to stay there a minimum of 2 hours and have my simple service done or leave and come back to my car exactly the same?? I will NEVER in my entire life return to les schwab. I had a great initial experience but everything has been straight downhill since. I'm so incredibly upset to have wasted not only my time but also my rides time for absolutely nothing and for all the other countless times I have been at kne of you shops for HOURS because for whateber reason you team cant do anything simple and are always ready to tack on a minimum of 200 dollars onto their free services. DO NOT SHOP LES SCHWAB UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO WASTE AND LOVE TO BE SCAMMED. So incredibly upset to have wasted 6 years with this company NEVER AGAIN DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ANY LES SCHWAB LOCATION ANYWHERE ESPECIALLY AS A WOMAN!!

I had a slow leak in my tire & wanted someone to repair it. I knew there was a puncture somewhere in that tire because I repeatedly had to inflate it to the right psi. My husband had gone to Tire Choice and was told there’s nothing wrong. Then he went to Kurt’s One Stop & was told same thing. Meanwhile that tire kept losing air. Today I brought my car to Les Schwab & they had no problem finding a large screw about a quarter inch wide & one inch long. They repaired it quickly & was NO CHARGE! I was pleasantly surprised! Ben was so friendly & courteous & my visit was a short one: about 30 minutes! I am switching from Kurt’s One Stop to Les Schwab! Les Schwab is hands over feet compared to Kurt’s One Stop!!!

It was the first time I have been to a Les Schwab tire center for anything and I must say it it was a pleasure. I brought my car for an oil change and they said it would take about an hour and to my surprise it was indeed done in an hour. I will definitely return for any additional services I need on any of my vehicles.

After multiple visits at this Moreno Valley location and Perris, I'm absolutely blown away at the level of service and professionalism by the Les Schwab tire centers! Their assessments and recommendations are absolutely refreshing and truly set the bar of what people should expect from a service center and any company in general. Trust is something most people are leery about in automotive maintenance and repairs, but I can honestly say that Les Schwab has earned my trust each and every time! Good ppl working there. Very helpful. If you come in enough they remember you and always ask how you are and have a quick little conversation with you and I really like that. To me that is what we need more of. Customer service we don’t get enough of that. The guy who works on my car I tell them that’s my guy. Lol so he usually does my oil changes and fixes what needs to be fixed. Good group that works there.

About a week ago I went online and attempted to buy tires from a well known tire chain (rhymes with Shamerican Mire Tompany). I was able to order a set of tires online, schedule an appointment, and show up to the location outside of the city I reside in. I arrived to the location to find out they neither had my tires nor any appointment in my name. I was told I was supposed to call and confirm the tires as well as the appointment with the location. So lemme get this straight, even though a website says you have them, and the website allows me to book an appointment, I then have to call in and do that all over again? Waste of time! Les Schwab was NOTHING like that. Tires in stock, appointment made without issue. Even though I was third to check in on the day of my appointment, because I had an appointment, they moved me to the front of the line. And don’t get me started on how professional and just overall positive the employees were, especially Miguel and Avery. Employees had music playing in the bays and it sounded as though some may have been singing along with the music! I’ve never seen that at the OTHER place I mentioned. That literally has nothing to do with nothing, I just thought it was cool. Tires have a long range warranty and include the same “free” services that “other” place offers, but these employees at least work like they enjoy what they’re doing. You’ve earned a customer Les Schwab Tire Center. Ive never been here prior to today, but I’ll never go anywhere else.

Every time I take a vehicle in for any routine service, there is always a major issue that was never there before. I bring it in for just an oil change, and they bring the plug in to show me that it suddenly has damage. And that they will have to stop the job and replace the oil pan. Then it takes 3 or 4 guys under the car while they all stand around and pretend to look concerned. The whole while, they take turns looking back at me to see my reaction. Another time, I took a vehicle in for all new tires. They said the vehicle all of a sudden had steering issues that needed all new parts, the suspension was bad and needed replaced and brakes on all four wheels needed to be replaced. First the brakes were done literally 3 weeks before. The suspension had been done less than a year before. And as far as the steering goes, there was never a problem until I went to LST. The tires were getting replaced because I was taking a long road trip and the tread was starting to look a bit shallow. I get that people want to try and upsell services, but this is a bit ridiculous. I think the worst part of this issue with the oil plug, is that Dan says that if they can’t get it back in, they will have to stop and I will not be able to take my car out of there until I let them change the oil pan. Imagine that crap. This is the only Les Schwab that there is always an issue like this. But not anymore. I will never again take a vehicle there. I wouldn’t take a toy car there for anything. And it is always the manager, Dan, that is there when these problems occur. Very bad business there now and not at all what this company once was.

This is the worst location to come to!!!! The management here is rude beyond belief..i came looking for assistance and help to get a full set of new tires and was told "get out we will not be helping you!!" The whole crew laughing with the manager that didnt want to tell me his name or the General manager name or any contact information. The better business bureau will be contacted due to the embarrassment i experienced with this location

It is hard to find a place and a technician that knows his stuff and Eric is that man. I recently rebuilt the entire front end of my truck and was looking for a place for alignment and Eric was recommended by few friends since they all have lifted 4X4 and when it comes to alignment of these trucks you differently need a tech that is familiar in this area. Eric did a great job on my truck and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

I always go to this place for all my tire needs. They first provide and estimate on repairs, and provide free tire inspection. I was about to pay for the flat tire repair and they told me it was free! I told them the least I can do is write a good review here! The only thing I had to do was just wait for my flat tire to get fixed! Better than doing it my self, Better than AAA , Better than most repair shops... I was sold on Free!.. Because of the positive experience I take my vehicle here for other repairs!

First off super rude off the board. Someone to mention was Jason. He was extremely rude over the phone and in person. I don’t know how he managed to do it but he ripped out my inner tie rod during an alignment. I was barely able to drive my car home. Never again going to this place.

Every time I go here, there always professional and attentive. Just right now, I had an emergency flat tire and was so lucky to be around my go to Le Schwab. I'm not sure if his name was Christopher that worked on my car, but he was really cool to talk to and recommended my tires duration and fit and best part, it was complimentary.
