My appointment was for the repair of a punctured tire. Upon arriving I was greeted and immediately checked in for my appointment. My car was taken into the bay for service within minutes. The entire repair was completed in approximately 20 minutes. When my car was returned to me the technician "Mateo" told me he inspected all of my tires for any other punctures and for wear. He informed me everything was looking good but that I was due for another tire rotation soon. When I walked out my car was conveniently parked next to the door. The entire experience was great and I will continue to trust Les Schwab of Timnath.

I asked for an oil change and only an oil change. They rotated my tires, and now my car sounds like a maraca. But that's on me, I must have not heard the incredibly loud rattle in my wheel over every slight bump prior to my "oil change". Service was friendly, but overall an extremely frustrating experience :)

🚨By entering this business be aware you’re being tracked by a Flock camera(s) conspicuously mounted at Weitzel & Harmony, pointing towards Walmart. 🚨If you aren’t aware what Flock cameras are, please Google it. Got a nail in our new truck that had < 105 miles on the odometer. I was losing air as I was driving and Timnath Les Schwab was the closest tire facility to me. Well, I was presently surprised their flat repair is free, can’t beat that. Do I complain it was a painfully slow turnaround time that I would have paid to have done faster? Regardless, they got me back on the road safely which is what matters.

Horrible experience with this store. Went in for an alignment and rotation. After the first time they completed the alignment the front end stated chattering when driving. When I brought it back a second time a week later they said it need to be aligned again and the wheel bearing were bad and quoted me $1,100. After several conversations with the manager they were not even willing to check the balance of the wheels without a $75 charge. I took the car too the dealership, the car was still out of alignment and the chattering was because they had not tightened and installed all of the lug nuts (some were missing). The manger quoted me $1,100 to replace the wheel bearings, when the actual problem was there poor workmanship. I question if they are that dishonest or just incompetent. Either way would not recommend.

Angel and Alan were extremely helpful. I needed new tires before winter and ended up with a screw in my tire. Angel let me know there was probably a month or two left on my tires, but I decided to just bite the bullet and get it all taken care of in one day. The experience was great, pricing was great, and I appreciate the incredible warranty and service. Definitely recommend this Les Schwab location!

One of the better Les schwabs around. There is definitely some good ones and some not so good ones around. This place has one little guy that is very polite and works extremely hard out in the shop. Seems like a lot resolves around him. Been here quite a few times and usually in and out pretty quick especially if you get him.

Took a vehicle for an alignment after having new control arms put on. They came back and said all the control arms were worn, and showed pictures of loose hardware. I said you're going to tighten that, right? "Oh no, I'm not touching it!" I said so you KNOW it's unsafe, but are sending it out anyway? Yeah, you'll have to sign a waiver. Unreal. No concern for safety. Always trying to sell parts that don't need replacing.

Love this location! I’ve been coming to this Les Schwab since high school, and it’s always been my go-to. Even when I was away at college in Wyoming, I’d make sure to stop by for service whenever I was home visiting family. Now, years later, I live in Utah—but I still come to this location whenever I’m in town! The staff is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Seth and Joseph recently helped me get set up with new tires for the upcoming winter season and my trips between Utah and Colorado. I’m so grateful for their excellent service and consistency over the years!

I visited Les Schwab in Timnath on 12/31/25 to have both the right and left front cv axles on my 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium replaced. These three gentlemen did an outstanding job helping me through the process and fixing my car: Angel, Alex and Jason. All 3 of these employees were extremely knowledgeable, patient, very polite and kind! I paid just over $1,000 for the removal of 2 old cv axles, the installation of 2 new cv axles and for an alignment. Prior to coming to Les Schwab Timnath, I took my car to another well known repair auto franchise in Colorado and they quoted me $1,770.00 for the exact same work and it did not include an alignment. I save between $800-$925 (when you include the alignment savings with the parts and labor savings) having Les Schwab perform the work on my car. I can't say enough about the business and professionalism. The building is extremely clean as well as their bathrooms, garage bays and customer service waiting areas. They have my business from now on!!

I found myself with a screw in my tire...again! From Linda greeting me with professionalism and understanding she immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. Austin preformed the tire repair very efficiently and with care. I was in and out of there in under 45 minutes. I like how they have a window so you can watch what's happening. I love how the employees were interacting with each other, seemed like a good group of hard working folks! And I think it's cool that Austin really went above and beyond my answering my inquiry about tire tread. Not only did I leave with a free well repaired tire, I felt I got some knowledge and also confirmation that it's actually not a curse that my tire has gotten 4 separate punctures in similar location! Thank you team! I'll always been returning here for all my tire needs.
