Horrible experience. They just want your money. Will do repairs without approval then say “We’ll remove the part if you don’t want it” Absolute crooks. Spend a little extra some and go to a more reputable shop, trust me, it’ll save you in the long 🏃🏾

My truck was towed to this mechanic shop. They wanted to charge me 9k for a used transmission,clutch, bell housing and etc... in parts. The mechanic said he diagnosed the problem and put the computer on it. I ended up not doing service with them and my husband towed the semi home. I paid about 2500 to fix my truck which just need a new clutch and bolts because the transmission moved an inch out of place . The mechanic quoted me for things that were not even wrong with truck and till this day have not given me the report that I paid for. Once the truck was towed home we found out that the computer was missing to the truck well guess who stole it. My truck was parked for 3 days at their shop and they removed the computer and bolted the cover back on. We didn't find out until we turned the truck on and all these engine codes popped up. The place is horrible and I have texted message requesting for the report. His response is I'll send it tomorrow I'm too busy. It been 3 weeks and yet nothing. Please stay away from them. I will be filing a police report and contacting the BBB. I have pictures,receipts and quotes for everything. Who knows how many more people they are scamming.

I had a transmission replacement done by this shop November 2020. The same day the repair/replacement was done it was still making noise in 9th/10th gear. I immediately told them it's not fixed and brought it back they insisted it was not the transmission. They had truck in shop for almost 1 week and half. I paid $4700 plus dollars. Fast forward 4 months later and transmission still making same noise and took it to other shops all are saying transmission 9th/10 gears are bad. Called this Levi shop guy says 30 day warranty on transmission expired. Are you kidding me. I would never get a repair done with a 30 day warranty only. Warning! Warning! Stay away from here. If someone knows a good lawyer please message me. Stay away from this place.

Not to bad. Charged me close to 3 hundred to rig my 5th wheel to open and shut properly. I bought the parts they wont have what you need so Bring it. There basically a shop for there on Company that takes on outside people. May watch YouTube to figure out things but Hey it works

DO NOT COME HERE , I recommend you, This place is a thief, I come here to fix only 1 a $50 sensor and its take him 4 hours to fix it and he charge me $570 and after that The radiator crack take him 1 day to replace the radiator and he said its fixed and when I come to start My engine and it start to smoke. So pretty much I come here to fix only one thing and he messed up my truck he make More things happen and cost me a lot of money. So please do not come here THEY'RE A THIEF. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could I would give these crooks 0 stars... They charge you 11H labor on something they did not take 3H to fix... On top of that, they don't offer a way to pay the invoice and they keep your Vehicle hostage... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM....

STAY AWAY!!!!! They charged me for a PM and inspection and neither was done! I suspected nothing was done when we picked up the truck and no inspection form was provided, fifth wheel wasn’t greased and the oil didn’t seem fresh. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and he confirmed no PM had been done in months! I called and spoke to an assistant and she admitted that it wasn’t done. When I spoke to the owner I was simply trying to bring the truck back so that the work could be done seeing as I already paid. He was very rude and abrasive and hung up on me in less than a minute.

I saw the negative reviews about this place and I was nervous about sending my truck in but I had a very good experience here. I called ahead to tell them the water pump on my truck wasn't working. They pulled the truck into the shop right away and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend this shop to any trucker. The price was good and the service was professional. Will definitely send my trucks here again in the future.

I went to Levi’s today after getting the run around from other places to get my air horn repaired so that my semi could pass DOT inspection. I called this shop and they were able to get me in and my truck repaired today! The mechanics Marcus and G took their time and went through the problems and made sure everything was fixed correctly. They even found a wheel seal leak I was not aware of and fixed it. They also did the DOT inspection and now I’m able to get back on the road. The prices were very reasonable and walked you through everything to make sure you were satisfied. Thank you guys for the great service. I will most definitely be coming back for future semi truck repair needs.

I just had bad experience with the owner of this shop, my advise is DO NOT CALL this shop! Owner plays some dirty games! I have called Levi shop to help with trailer tire comming off the axles, bearing problem..he said total will be $350 it was 3.8 miles from his shop to come there, mechanic chained it and brought it to his yard for quote on repair, so his mechanic removed the tires put the chain on the Axle checked the spindle and send invoice for $715..for 2 hours.. I tried to protest but he hung up on me on the phone, then he went to disconnect the air lines from truck trying to show his power to hold the trailer until I pay..I could've done way bigger problem to call the cops and he could've stay without pay but I decided to pay what he asked and finish this misery of man asap!

My 18 wheeler semi driver had a cut radiator hose connector , I called around a few different places within 10 miles off my driver being on side of road . Ended up finding Levi’s and he was very fair on road call price he got 2 hour minimum with the service run added into that, plus the parts and antifreeze . Ended up being around 500 dollars which saved me a good amount compared to others . One shop not mentioning any names asked me over 550 dollars too just head out under 10 miles , plus a rediculous amount for antifreeze . Thank you again Levi’s for the speedy and great service on side of road. Added a pic of my truck they had to work on .
