Local auto, tire, and repair shop that has several locations on the island. I called in for a safety check and was able to get in on a Wednesday late afternoon without much of a wait. I'm just lucky, I guess. Service was quick and thorough. Location is conveniently located in the heart of Honolulu. Large facility that definitely changes tires and does safety checks. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The waiting room is just like other auto shops, but I appreciated the unique phone charger powered by a lead acid battery. Will be coming here again for my safety checks. The waiting area has a water dispenser, coffee, tea, vending machine, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Just got back on island and had a leaking tire on our only vehicle. Being a Saturday afternoon we didn’t have much hope of getting it fixed quickly. We pulled in to this location and even though it was an hour and a half before closing, they found us a pair of replacement tires (both front tires were in rough shape) and put us in line. We were the last ones out, but they took care of us without hesitation. We will definitely go back in a couple of months to get the other two replaced at this location. Great people! Mahalo!

Always a good experience. Slow leak in a rear tire. Ended up having to replace both rear tires. Brodie rep explained that you had already "plugged" the last leak in this one. I guess it wasn't plugged very well. Small rebate helped.

Had to find specialty tires because of my car - he did that quickly. Check-in was painless, car was ready when promised. Not sure if the guy who checked me in , was the same who worked on my car. Name was Josh(?). He was very polite, friendly and professional. I waited in the lounge for a reasonable amount of time for a safety check, tire rotation and oil change. Even the woman who checked me out and retrieved my car was friendly and informative. Don't ever go here for any AC issues. I brought my car here twice and their response was "we need more time to figure out what the problem is". I made an appointment for 7 am and they didn't look at the car till about 4 pm. So when I drove the car home the AC stopped working within 5 minutes. 2 whole days wasted and two huge headaches. Very unprofessional save your money and your time. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to Lex Brodies for about 20 years. The appointments are flexible and offer a wide arrange of services. Over the years I’ve encountered many staff and have never had a bad experience interacting with the employees. Overall I’d say the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is excellent. From checking in to picking up to mechanics walking by and saying hello, Lex Brodies has great customer service that’s not usually encountered at automotive shops. The prices over the years have gone up. That being said everywhere has increased prices but Lex Brodies’ prices have remained competitive and fair. Plus the work they do is always spot on. The tire prices are very reasonable and they offer the free rotating and balancing plus flat repairs. In my opinion this is the best place in Honolulu to get tires. Other places may offer the same but Lex Brodies has a faster appointment scheduling and service time than most places. Also they usually have the parts I need in stock. I’ve come here for a variety of services from tires to safety check. I recommend making an appointment because the Queen Street location can get busy. Usually I drop my vehicle off then walk to one of the nearby restaurants to kill time. Often they finish the work before the estimated time. There’s also an air conditioner waiting room with coffee and a vending machine if you chose to wait there. The only con I’ve experienced is twice I asked for a service that was not performed. The first was a wiper blade replacement, oil change, rotation and balance. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed the wiper blades were not replaced but being short on time I decided to come back later. The second time was this past December I asked in person if they could see if a part from my undercarriage could be reattached as it fell off and was sitting in my back seat. Upon picking up my car it was still on my back seat. Regardless I still recommend Lex Brodies as a great place for tires and vehicle maintenance. I will continue to be a customer and eventually will return to see if they can reattach or replace the piece from my car that fell off.

After an excellent brake job, a tire rotation was recommended. I called and made a reservation for Monday. Over the weekend the incoming storm was announced and I decided to change my appointment to Wednesday. No problem. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Had my car alignment done at Lex Brodie's about 2 weeks ago. Only get to sit down now and properly do a review. Great service and the alignment was done quickly. I recommend making an appointment online and it will make things much easier and quicker. You can also use your phone to scan a QR code to sign, very convenient.

Your website isn't as clear as it should be. I went in for a safety check and to have my tires rotated. I was told it would take at least 4 hours since it was consider Drop off. Drop Off???? Doesn't make sense to me since I made a 7AM appointment. In addition, over $100 for tire rotation! I took it to Pep Boys and they charged $30 ($10 for rotation and $20 to reset TMP)

LEX BRODIE and staff to the rescue, again. A few months ago I had the misfortune of running over a nail which embedded into my tire. I promptly took it to Lex Brodie's withOUT an appointment. The service advisor (nice local fella sorry I forgot your name) not only helped me right away. He was able to plug it on the spot which allowed me to go on my way rather unhindered. Thank you for your kind, quick, FIVE STAR service. Had been meaning to write. I had been keeping a close eye on the PSI because of the above. And I had noticed a slow slow leak develop. This past weekend it went into accelerated mode and now was concerning. Appreciate the self service air station which I had used a bunch. This time it was serious enough to bring it in. Service Advisor Rose was thorough to point out that while the one tire was loosing air, the other three had suffered damage in the bad weather and roads. I was actually surprised at how beat up they had gotten over last few years. Rose was quick to give me an estimate, base and with add-ons. And when this older aunty expressed surprise cost was a few hundred more than Costco... after confirming price check, Rose offered me price matching with same day appointment. Able to get it done right away AND save $. Yes please! Thank you Rose, thank you entire staff at Lex Brodie. I could see how very hard you all were working yet never compromised on service. And if by writing a review to say how utterly amazing you all have been can get the company to buy you lunch (besides the appreciation lunch I bought Rose), then I am in! You all rock! Much mahalo.

Lex Brodie’s on Queen Street has been taking great care of my daily driver for the past 3–4 years, and they’ve earned my trust. They’ve handled brakes and rotors, general maintenance, and wheel alignments, all with consistent, solid work. With the kind of wear-and-tear our roads dish out on Nimitz and Dillingham, regular maintenance isn’t optional, and they’ve been reliable every step of the way. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy, which makes staying on top of car care much less stressful. So far, I have zero complaints. I’m a happy camper and will continue bringing my car to Lex Brodie's, Queen Street.
