Took my vehicle for a simple oil and filter change. When I returned home, I opened the hood to finish a wire project I was working on beforehand and noticed that my engine oil cap was missing. I immediately drove back to the dealership and not once did they even apologize for their mistake. They just told me the mechanic left it there on the work bench. So they weren't even going to call me to let me know they forgot the put the oil cap on. Wow Lexus! I was expecting a lot better customer service from you!!

The service while waiting for you car service was excellent, coffee, cookies etc. This time I asked for an u we to take me to Plaza Las Americas while my car received service and then I was picked up when my car was done. I also liked that they call me informing me asking me for permission to make a further service or any extra maintenance. I recommend them. Alex was super nice and so was Edmauel.
