From the moment I drove in for my maintenance checkup this morning, I was greeted with smiles and words of welcome. But more than affable, Bryan and Teresa attended to every detail from the maintenance for my car to helping me secure the use of a loaner while the work was being done and then settling the final bill. Getting one’s car serviced can be a bit like having a cavity repaired at the dentist—necessary but not the most pleasant activity. Lexus has consistently proved to be the exception. Exceptional service was provided during my visit at the service department. They are highly recommended. There waiting area is very well equipped with multiple things to enjoy while you are waiting such as snacks, drinks, multiple sitting areas even a business center if you need to use the computer. You also have the option of using a loaner vehicle instead of waiting on your vehicle. Excellence is an understatement

I have to admit, my very first experience having my Certified Lexus serviced at this location wasn’t great, I was rushed in and out (even though the service took over 2 hours. It was a hurry up and wait situation.). Very impersonal and nothing was explained. However after speaking to the service advisor before having my most recent service completed, I decided to give them a second chance since they’re the closest dealership to me which is over an hour away. This time was completely different! They treated my like I was more than just a number. Brad, my service advisor took me into an office, explained my best course of action, told me how long it would take, offered to put me in a loaner and kept me abreast of the situation. I will definitely go back for future services.

I gave four stars because my service was supposed to include the car being cleaned, and the $300 40K service states it includes that, and it was not. Every time I have had it serviced there they have not cleaned it. In the grand scheme of things, probably not the biggest deal, but don’t tell me that it will be done and then not do it. That’s three services, and never gotten washed. Sorry, but I believe you deliver what you promise. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you!

Unscheduled appointment as large screw penetrated tire. Service staff was busy so I stood there several minutes before anyone engaged me. They acted like an unscheduled visit was not what they preferred and weren't thrilled about it.....but what was I going to do? Took 1.5 hrs as promised and the attitude once the work was done significantly improved.

This was the first time I have stayed and had my service. Once I figured out what I was supposed to do everyone was very nice. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and separate desks to work while you are there. I really enjoyed the time I waited, because I could sit alone at a desk and review my emails and not feel like I was wasting my time.

I believe Lexus of Greenville did a great job. We had an appointment but was able to get in 30 minutes earlier than that ! Was just having wife’s vehicle first service so it was free. Which helped out a lot. They were pretty busy but was able to get a loaner so we could go eat lunch while we waited. They were done before we were finished with lunch. I know it was only a routine service but they did what they said they would do and were very friendly doing it ! Great job guys. Keep up the good work. Carlton

I took my car in for the 10,000 mile maintenance and oil change. I love the video I was sent of technician doing a thorough inspection of my car. He pointed out what he was talking about, what he was looking for, and overall how the car was doing performance wise. Very courteous, professional, and helpful. The waiting lounge is also great. Very comfortable couches and chairs as well as an office space off to one side for people who needed to work while they waited. They also had complementary snacks, coffee, and sodas.

I was greeted promptly. I loved how Bryan contacted me through text message and informed me that if I had any questions I could text or call him. I also enjoyed the video of the inspection done. I thought that was really cool. That was the first time a dealership has done that for me. It was a fantastic experience. Brad my adviser was knowledgeable customer service oriented, very trust worthy and kept me informed of everything from beginning to end. Having the loaner car from the dealership is really helpful without that I do not know how I would manage. In the four years I have dealt with this dealership in service I find them knowledgeable and dependable. Got there 20 minutes early for my first maintenance check. No problem and took us right away. Appreciated giving us a loaner car so we didn’t have to hang around for a couple of hours. They called us in one hour and 45 minutes to let us know it was done. We checked out quickly and easily. Everyone was very professional and efficient. Thank you! My only disappointment was they did not wash my car.

Our experience was excellent as usual. Cole could not have been more professional or accommodating. He had the car back to us within the estimated time and nicely washed to boot. He even was able to get someone to look at our vehicle to give us an estimate of the trade in value on a newer model. I just wish you were closer to us, so we didn’t hove to drive an hour each way to have work done. Thank you for your superb service!

Beware to anyone who is sold the full service promise. And beware if you have a flat tire and the only place to find a replacement is the dealership, and you’re an hour plus in distance from the dealership. Also, roadside assistance was initially 90 minutes out, but then added an additional three hours of wait. What a complete disappointment after purchasing a brand new Lexus that they would not fulfill the promise of full service, meaning pick up, fix and deliver back. Unfortunately I cannot recommend a purchase of any vehicle from Lexus of Greenville.
