Tried to get change from the machine outside wouldn’t take my money, no lights were lit. Tried using the vend machine and didn’t give me product or my $5 back, again no exact change light was lit.

Needed to vacuum my car and the machines I used (went to 3 of them and wasted $3) did not work and it wouldn't give my quarters back. I'm now out of quarters and stuck with a messy car. Thanks.

Good vacuum cleaners and self-serve car wash, to vacuum your car out is only $1 for 4 minutes not bad, and everything else works and that to me is a plus

Spot free rinse did not work, no card reader so at least a min of wash time wasted plugging $9.75 worth of quarters, change machine ripped me off for a quarter and the towel machines owe me 2 towels, I got none.

Quick & clean. I have a small SUV, no matter what car wash I go to it doesn’t clean the back hatch. Lighthouse does the best job of all.

This morning I went to the car wash on CR 17 for the first time and was sadly disappointed. I paid $12 and my car looked horrible. In the handle it still had dirt on the drivers door, the trunk and back of my car wasn’t hardly touched. I have had many people ask today where I got my car washed and I hate to say I told them. I just wanted a clean car for this sunny day

Vacuums don’t work. say $1 but I added $1 to two of them and neither turned on. If they are broke then put up a sign. Imagine how many people drop change in them. They are making money even with broken equipment.

I just got my vehicle and this is the first time I used an automated car wash. It cracked both sides of my mirrors and broke the casing on the one side. I tried to call and all it says is the number is not answering try again later. I will never use this place again. Horrible service.

The car wash is nice and the prices are fair. My complaint is that when I switched from the foam brush to the high pressure rinse setting, it was spraying out soap and it didn’t say that this rinse setting sprays soap. I ended up running out of time by the time I realized it and switched to a different rinse setting where the pressure wasn’t as high. I had to go through the car wash and spent an additional $7 for the cheapest wash option so that I could get the remaining soap off of my car. I ended up spending more than double the amount I had to do it myself. I used the middle stall.

I went here in mid-May to wash a company vehicle. I used a card and needed a receipt. The receipt option only flashed for a split second, so when I pushed the button it never gave me one. I think I got a $7 wash. It was average not great. For all the thumping around and almost seeming to move the vehicle, I thought it would do much better. This car wash looks like it needs some lovin' in general... Anyway, regarding the receipt issue, I called the number listed on the kiosk. There was the press such and such a number for this, press another for that, no real person even when calling during the day and no number to press regarding a receipt. I was able to leave a voice mail and gave detailed info so I could get a receipt. A lady called and left a voicemail a day or two later saying she needed the last 4 of my card #, so I called back and left another voicemail with the numbers. She left me another voicemail saying she could not find the transaction. We played phone tag back and forth with her apparently never being able to find the transaction. It's now been two months and still no receipt. I needed it for the sake of reimbursement. I don't recommend this car wash. The two touchless Caribbean Car Wash locations (one at SR 19 & Hively, and one behind IHOP on Emerson Dr) are cheaper and better with giving receipts.

The machines don't take credit cards so you'll need quarters. If you feed the quarters a little crooked, the machine eats them. They mounted the machines left-handed, so you'll get some of them crooked. There is no warning when you're about to run out of time, so you end up having to pay again to restart the damn thing. The selector knob is half-broken so you're not really sure what setting you are getting. I completed my wash, was doing my rinse, and it shot out soap again halfway through. Now I had to re-rinse, it runs out of time with no warning, and now I have to pay a 3rd time. On to vacuuming, the nozzle on the end is hard, beat-up plastic so good luck vacuuming your leather seat without scratching it. I went ahead and dabbed at my seats to do it - and the nozzle promptly feel off. Fine, I'll dab with the hose, and mildew-y water spilled out onto my leather seats.

This place needs lots of TLC. I had a few issues today. First I paid to use the vaccum and there was absolutely no suction at all. Went to another one it worked perfectly, however when I ran out of quarters the change machine wouldnt take any of my $1s or $5s. So had to run to the gas station for change to finish vacuuming. Then I go to the drive thru car wash and one of those long sponge strips got hung up around my wiper (no they werent even on)and ripped it clean off!! Now I have to replace my wiper. Yes Its a cheap and easy fix but not something I expected to have to do today.
