Apparently under new management. Had no idea I had about appointment. Did not fix my car. Told me I had the wrong part. Tried to charge me 2x's the actual charge for the service I needed. Did not give me a be phone number after I told them I'd call. My call went to the previous manager who no longer works there. Will not return.

Lino and his team were lifesavers when my cooling system failed over 4th of July weekend. I encountered the problem while I was driving from San Francisco to Temecula for a friend's wedding, and the team at Alpha & Omega offered me the best service and price that I could have asked for. Lino & co. weren't only expert mechanics: they were kind, friendly and went out of their way to try and accommodate me and my schedule as a visitor to the area and a stressed-out traveler. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks to their service I made it out to Temecula in time for my friend's rehearsal dinner, and back up to the SF Bay Area without a single issue. Horrible experience, took in truck and was told it would be 295 for "u joints and bearing support" went to pick it up next day and price shot up to 455 and he mentioned a completely different part. Admitted to me mechanics are paid strictly on commission...sounds like a good reason to squeeze out every penny from customers.

My Jeep broke down on my way from Burbank... I didn't knew where to go. AAA left me there (not much places open on Cinco de Mayo week end). I was kinda afraid of getting robbed since I was not able to understand the issue on my car... and the owner is not very welcoming at first. But he did a really good joob. Honest place! The timing gear was a cheap plastic web with a crown gears that must have slipt, so timing was off. I got the car back, the job was done and the price was right. I had to check some wires that the mechanic didn't tight well but fair enough. I wish now that I was living closer to that garage since I have a Jeep... -_- :)

Bad workmanship. Terrible customer service. Beyond oil change, no real mechanical knowledge or skill. Once your cc is charged, there's no interest in FIXING their shoddy work. Save your money, eliminate agitation, go elsewhere! Maybe your local high school 'auto shop class' would do a better job! U been warned!

I wish I could give it a 0 star rating, they completely ripped me off, they said they could replace my evap solenoid for cheaper ($100 less) than all the other mechanic shops and I thought it was a good deal, but I was wrong, they repaired it and then the check engine light came on constantly the next few months, then they had the nerve to charge me an extra $80 for another part then blamed me for getting sand in the vacuums system, while the owner Lino cussed me out and started coming at me blaming me for all of it. then I took my car to the dealership and they fixed it instantly, returned the part to Lino’s and they only gave me a refund of $200 when the total price was $350. Only reason why Im not trying to sue is because he said he had no money when I asked for the refund the first place and he told me to come back after the weekend. Horrible experience

Definitely the most honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly gentleman, every person has their good and bad time’s especially when it comes down to the reliability of there vehicle 🚗.There is no absolute 100% guaranty that what a check engine light comes on and says something it’s not definitive it’s mostly likely and possibly related to the problem. When a vehicle has a OBD code "Check Engine light" it is the cars ECU your cars "computer" saying there is a probable cause, it’s most likely whats related to it is NOT the exact problem. But in my 7 years experience with Mr. Lino 👨🏽‍🔧 he has always been very honest and professional I have and will continue returning to his establishment for my car and always recommend his business and services, Thank you Lino for your time and support and care of your customers 🔧 🪛🧰⚙️🗜️🔩🛠️

Very good mechanic friendly helpful and good pricing if you need a good mechanic that cares about his work and your vehicle Come here he is the best in the area and will get the job done right the first time. This place is amazing. My family and I were in a major bind and they gave us the white glove service. We have an immediate engine/water pump issue and they had a team of mechanics ready as soon as we pulled into the to to address our issue. Lino has the biggest heart and even entertained our little toddlers in the waiting area and personally gave me a ride to the local rental car company for temporary transportation. They fixed our car and saved our vacation. We highly recommend Alpha & Omega!!

Lino the owner owner is very honest. If your car doesn't need something he will tell you. His prices are more than reasonable. I have two cars and will not take them anywhere else. I would highly recommend him to anyone. All of his mechanics are very honest. I have dropped off my car and left valuables in it not one penny has ever been missing.

Very rude. There are no set prices for minor services. I called the owner and directly confirmed the price over the phone, but when I arrived 15 minutes later, they suddenly increased the price. This was a very simple headlight bulb replacement, a 5-minute repair that I could have done myself if I had the part and the time at the moment.I chose to go to the shop for a quick fix instead. When I asked why he suddenly increased the price, the owner sarcastically replied, 'Go somewhere else or just get it fixed here. I need to make a profit running this shop,' while laughing with his employees. Extremely rude. I couldn't understant why this was happening. Of course, I was unhappy with the change in charge, and right then the owner looked at me and said he would just take the part off and put the old one back in. I told him that I asked why the price had increased, but I hadn't yet said that I didn't want the repair. As soon as I finished speaking, he looked annoyed by my words and immediately instructed his employee to remove the bulb from the car. I was dumbfounded and just stood there watching. After they removed the bulb and closed the hood, the owner got into my car, reversed it out of the garage, and left it outside. He told me, "At least say thank you. I fixed your car." I felt humiliated by his sarcastic comments.I have never been treated this way anywhere before. I found this place online because it was really close to my place. There are lots of auto shops in Corona. All the employees and the owner here seemed to mock me by speaking Spanish openly, even though they know how to speak English. They would answer my questions in Spanish, displaying blatant racism and behaving like uneducated children. Whether they openly discriminated against me because I am Asian American or because my repair was not a high-ticket job, I couldn't tell. However, their outlaw-like behavior made it clear how many people might be disadvantaged by their business practices. Zero stars. Negative.

Awful service, took my car in for a/c leak, Lino recharged and charged me a high amount, he told me that if the problem persisted to take it back, and it did. I took it back, he indicated that he guessed it was the a/c compressor and it could cost me a high amount, he recharged it again and supposedly put a sealer in. 5 days later it was broken again. I didn’t like the fact that he did not have a precise diagnostic, and was just guessing. I wasted my money by taking my car to this place.
