I have never written a review for any business but the quality and care provided by Progressive 1 Auto Collision Center has prompted me to write one. I was recently in a car accident away from my home state (Washington) and due to time constraints I had to be back on the road as soon as possible. My car was not in good shape as it had been rear and front ended. I was at my wit’s end trying to figure out what to do. I had called several other auto body shops but the service was mediocre at best. I found Progressive 1 Auto Collision Center through a quick google search and saw their high rating. I called Vic (the owner) and he walked me through the the entire process step by step. He helped me so much in terms of navigating insurance, providing expert care toward my car, and being extremely considerate toward my need to get back on the road quickly. Vic, his son John, and the entire team worked quickly and efficiently so that I could get back to work without any delay. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful clientele experience and extremely satisfied with the repairs made to my car. In addition, they had painted over scratches on my car that had nothing to do with my accident. The team here went truly above and beyond all expectations. I only wish that they had a branch in Washington where I could go to :)

Could not have asked for a better experience. These guys are the most honest body shop people you will ever deal with. I own a volvo parts not easy to source. They didn't upcharge anything, and were super nice and cost effective. Moreover, they worked overtime to get the car back to me when needed. Their location is clean and they are readily available. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Thank you so much Progressive 1 Auto Collision Center for fixing my car. I had gotten into a really bad collision that messed up my front bumper and shifted my hood to the right. They did an amazing job on my Mercedes Benz and left it looking brand new! The owners/staff were very professional and answered all my questions. I’m so happy I took my car to you guys! I have a 1993 Toyota Supra. It’s a very old car and needs special attention when being worked on because of the age. I decided to trust John with my car and it was honestly a great decision and probably the best decision considering how many body shops there are here in the valley. The car needed both doors repainted and one of the doors to be filled in with bondo because of a previous accident the car was in. John was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process and the result are amazing! Would definitely recommend this body shop for anyone looking to get their vehicle worked on. I can see why they have so many positive reviews.

If I could give these guys 100 stars, believe me they deserve every single 1! Extremely reasonable, super prompt, and at your service 24 hours out of the day. I had gotten into a fender bender and Vic and Johnny were super quick to comfort me to be rest assured that the car would in tip top within 10 days. They gave me my car back in 5 days, looking better than it did before my fender bender. I highly recommend them for all body and paint services. Definitely a one of a kind shop, and fantastic, white-gloved service.

Johnny is awesome. He was super up-front and open with me about the repairs I needed done on my car. Among other body shops I had gotten quotes from, he was extremely fair and did a better job than I could have asked for. Paint color match was spot-on. The job took a little longer than I expected, which I was fine with because I knew the job was going to be done right, but regardless he offered to polish my headlights for me in exchange for the inconvenience. My car looks brand new and I can't recommend Liontari enough.

Johnny is amazing! After I got rear-ended by a Toyota Tacoma, he made the whole process so much easier. He kept me updated throughout the repairs and even helped me get my rental car extended when I needed more time. The shop does good, honest work — no upselling or unnecessary charges. I can't give a thoroughly proper review of this business because they never finished the job. I can only review what I've experienced so far. I went to them after my car was in an accident. Based off the reviews I found on them, it looked like a pretty solid place to take my car, so I did. They had my car for about two months. There was very little communication, and most of it was initiated by me because I was looking for a status update on when I could finally pick my car up. When I was finally able to, the appearance of my car looked worse than when I dropped it off. It looked like it had just been sitting outside for weeks. I know my car didn't look like that when I dropped it off, but hey, I was glad to finally have my car back. The tail light was never fixed and was told that it was ordered and would be in within a month. Apparently the part was so hard to find that it had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer? This was July 2025. It's now Feb 2026. I've been reaching out since (starting monthly, bi-weekly, and eventually weekly). The last I heard from John was in Sept. Since then I've continued to reach out with no response. They've been paid in full by the insurance company, and at this point I'm just looking to get the money for the tai light to purchase myself since it's clear that they have no plans to do so. It's a shame because they seemed really cool at first and was hoping that they'd be a decent business to refer to or even go back to for other work on my car. Unfortunately, this experience has been soured by the lack of professionalism and transparency. I would have appreciated it more if John had been upfront with me with the realistic timeline of work on my car as well as being honest about what parts they were able to get and not get. It's very easy to give no stars to a terrible experience, but in this case, they seemed pretty cool at first and they did fix some of my car. So yes, they get at least one star. Based off of this experience, I highly do not recommend this business. I'll update this if this ever gets resolved.
