The only mechanic I trust with my car. They do a great job with my oil changes and if I have any problem, they fix it and don’t overprice. I am a loyal customer of Lisbon tire and recommend them before anyone else. Mario is super nice and clearly explains everything. He doesn’t try to add on other things to be worked on. My car is in great condition at 85k miles and I attribute that to the care and maintenance of Lisbon Tire. Lisbon tire will be the shop that I choose for all maintenance to my car.

Just had my car fixed from them. First time going here. I appreciate the great, friendly customer service. As a female I don’t like going to auto shops. I usually get overcharged and told things need to be fixed when they dont. I dropped my car off and shortly after they called and told me what was wrong and gave me a very fair estimate. Bringing my car back next week to put new tires on.

After my wife had a bad experience with Goodyear in Norwich, she called Lisbon Tire to see if they could replace a Continental brand tire on her Tesla, which had a slow sidewall leak. They were friendly and ordered the tire over the phone. They didn't talk down to her and make her feel dumb like Goodyear did, nor did they make us buy "pucks". I will go to Lisbon Tire from now on. Payed over 1000 to get my AC fixed and within days it had stopped working, right before I was moving. Had to wait almost 2 week to get in for a mistake they made. Then i open their reviews and they’re squeezing other people in! Then didn’t hear about my car for an entire day after waiting two weeks with no AC cause their mistake. Just to find out it was a 5 min fix!! They had the audacity to be rude when i’ve now been without my car for 3 days over an AC!!! That I already gave them an entire day for a simple quote. They’re disorganized and played with my money and time. I’m now over an hour away from my hometown with no vehicle because of Lisbon Tire. Will not be back.
