Absolutely terrible experience. Had a flat tire on the side of the highway and called this company based on decent reviews big mistake. First, it took them over 2 hours to arrive, even though they said 45 minutes max. No updates, no courtesy call nothing. When the guy finally showed up, he barely spoke two words to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him. He didn’t have the right tools at first and had to go back to his car multiple times. The whole thing took another hour just to change a single tire. To top it off, he left greasy handprints all over my wheel and fender. They also charged me way more than what was quoted on the phone no explanation, just “that’s the price.” Honestly felt like I was getting scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone unless you enjoy waiting forever and getting overcharged for basic work.
