They were nice enough. I wasn't sure about what they were telling me so I called point S. Point S called them and reassured me that they were being fair and reasonable. I tried starting a vending machine business. I propositioned the owner to see if I could put it there. He told me to email him and he would let me know. He never emailed me back. Despite that I went there to fix another issue with my car. They really helped me work out a price. They don't do financing or monthly payments. That's unfortunate but normal.

Lodder's team will take care of you. We had repeated problems with our car and they did everything they could to help us out and cut costs to us. We moved across the country and they still found a way to help us out when we had an issue with a previous repair. Can't express how grateful we are for good, honest people like the folks at Lodder who do everything they can to make a situation right.

I live out of town but I was buying a used Honda from a nearby dealership. Lodder was able to squeeze me in for an inspection at the end of the day. I talked to the owner who seemed like a genuine guy who was proud of their long and quality history. They pointed out a few things about my car to keep an eye on but gave me the green light to buy with confidence. It was a great experience from a good company!

I have serviced my vehicles at Lodder for over 5 years. I gain more trust and respect for the family business with each service. I’ve had a persistent brake/rotor issue on one of my vehicles and John has a done a tremendous job in diagnosing the situation with care, warranting parts where possible, and treating the vehicle like it’s theirs. Everyone I’ve referred to Lodder has thanked me for finally working with a fairly-priced mechanic with unquestionable integrity. I used to work for local dealerships and would NEVER recommend anyone service their vehicle at a dealership service center. Lodder has saved their customers (myself included) untold thousands of dollars! 10/10 👍🏼

I was very satisfied with the brake service I received. Shawn help schedule me into a emergency repair. I highly recommend Lodders to everyone!! They inspected my vehicle and found the oil filter loose. They tightened it up added oil and sent sent me on my way. I will definitely use them again.

Have known this auto shop for 40 years or more and they have done work for me on several occasions but this time it was for my sons truck and because he is going through a divorce . Taking care of 2 girls and all that comes with it I was trying to help him out on his truck problem after John’s mechanic diagnosed a problem with the exhaust filters was going to cost $1800 then we decided to replace it ourselves . After finding some used ones f $900 and installing them we had to get rid of the fault code which didn’t work and found out that it wasn’t the filters at all but an EGR valve from Cole’s auto doing a diagnostic for $65 I Found one on line for $250 and fixed the problem. I won’t be back there ever again. A loss of $1300 for stuff it didn’t need .

We've worked with Lodder on multiple occasions. They're a good group--John in service and the whole lot of 'em. It's nice to chat with folks without the pressure of a dealership or corporate/franchise garage. They're personable enough to feel like a family-run shop (which they are, I believe) and large enough--and with enough expertise--to take care of any problem we've tossed their way ... and we've given them some doozies over the years. I don't have any reservations recommending them.

I've had 5 different vehicles serviced here for the past 5 years and they've done a great job for me. If they couldn't do what I needed, they found someone/somewhere who could. It's family owned and it's obvious they take pride in what they do. 10/5/2018 update: I had a check engine light come on after a repair they did for me. They had my vehicle all day checking it for the source and didn't charge me for anything. That's taking pride in what you do. Thanks. 1/10/2022 They installed a lift kit for my 4Runner. I was a lot more comfortable with them doing it than the custom shops since they know me and know my vehicle. It's been flawless. So they do custom stuff as needed also. Thanks Lodder Family.

I've been taking my vehicles to these guys for a long while now and These guys probably have the best shop in the state of Utah. They care about their customers cars as if they are their own. Their pricing is more then reasonable and their work is excellent and reliable. My wife doesn't know a lot about cars and when she takes her truck in they take very good care of her and explain everything so she understands what needs to be done. You'd be making a mistake to take your vehicle anywhere else.
