I recently purchased a BMW M4. An M car has been a want my entire life. Choosing who I could entrust with the care for my car was more daunting than I ever imagined. My research led me to Lone Star Bavarian as their reputation and facility checked all of the boxes for all determining factors I had. i called to schedule an alignment, Nichole got me in the next day. Walking into the reception area was like entering a botique BMW museam. The Owners passion for the brands they support was complimented by his depth and expanse of technical knowledge. This provided me comfort in knowing I made the right choice. I'm extremely pleased and appreciative to Mr. Cole and his crew for figuring out and fixing several electronical issues I had with my BMW Z4 3.0si. I have had the vehicle for several years, and I hadn't driven it for a long period of time due to the issues arising from several other mechanics working on it in the past. I just about given up on it, but due to unforeseen circumstances with another vehicle, my wife and I decided to invest money to restore it. No one could ever figure out why several features were not working, which caused several warning lights and other problems. We prayed to be able to find the right individual with the knowledge and expertise to tackle them and Lone Star Bavarian took the time and effort for us to finally be able to say we have a dependable vehicle. Mr. Cole knows his stuff and was able to find several unmatched parts I previously replaced that we off my a few numbers which caused these issues. We will not allow anyone else to work on our car moving forward. Mr. Cole is extremely informative and responsive and didn't give me a hard time about why the issues occurred rather than he tackled them and figuring them out. We don't look forward to seeing them again, as no one really wants to have issues with their vehicle, but when we will not allow any other establishment, touch our car moving forward.

Took my car here for a simple issue. This place charged me a $199.88 diagnostic fee, couldn't identify the issue, and attempted to sell me on $2,140.18 on services for which I never asked them to look into. No need to wonder where any diagnostic time was spent.

Had electrical module replaced and a second key made. When I picked it up keyless start didn’t work on old or new key. Took it back up and took them a month to solve. When I picked it up the second time I was given a small second bill that included towing to the dealer. When I asked the owner for justification on the second bill he was extremely rude and confrontational. He yelled at me for even questioning it. I had already paid them thousands and the second bill was only a few hundred. It wasn’t about the money. I just wanted to know why it was on me to pay for a tow to the dealer. I’ll never go again only because of the owner.

We had problems with our 2003 530 i driving from Houston to Fort Worth. We called Lone Star Bavarian and explains our situation. They were very understanding g and did not hesitate to work us in immediately. The owner was on site, and their mechanic Chas diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed a few issues that needed addressed. Their shop was immaculate and their labor rates were fair. I have a long standing relationship with LSB. From the moment you call, Megan is so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough about Trent. He is knowledgeable, very articulate, takes the time necessary to help me understand what the issues are and keeps me informed every step of the way. Called last Friday (May 2) and made an appointment for Wednesday (May 7). I arrived at around 8 am and spoke with Nicole at the front desk about my appointment and what service my car needed (transmission service). They provided a ride home and shortly Nicole called and gave me a price for the service needed and I agreed. She stated that my car 2007 BMW 550i would be ready later in the day. I received a call around 1 or 2 pm to say that my car was ready. Nicole sent the driver to pick me up. The driver arrived quickly and I paid my bill and left. I found transparency, trust and Integrity at Lone Star Bavarian, Inc. after an expensive misdiagnosis at the BMW dealership. I needed a second opinion from an independent BMW service provider. I contacted Lone Star Bavarian and made arrangements for their team to take a look at my issues. They welcomed me into their shop and explained everything they did to correctly determine the diagnosis. The diagnosis LS Bavarian provided revealed the misdiagnosis by the BMW dealership. The dealership identified a rear differential as my problem with a parts and labor estimate of $9,000.00+ to replace the differential. The correct diagnosis by a highly trained and BMW certified technician at LSB was a worn wheel bearing which cost me approximately $1,700.00 which also covered some additional services. I have reached out to the BMW dealership service advisor and the BMW dealership service manager to advise them of my service experience at their dealership but more than a week later, no one has had the courtesy to call me back. This was a HUGE miss by a highly trained BMW certified technician at a BMW dealership. I can't even get a call back from them.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience!!! ❌❌❌❌👎 My partner went to Lone Star Bavarian Inc for a full vehicle diagnostic, which he paid almost $200 for. He was very clear from the beginning that he would not proceed with repairs, as he already has his own mechanic and only needed the diagnostic report Because of that, instead of providing the complete diagnostic he paid for they gave him a very incomplete and poor report, clearly cutting corners once they realized they wouldn’t make more money from him! That alone is dishonest and unprofessional!! When my partner went back to complain and ask for an explanation, the manager, Trent Cole, reacted in a completely unacceptable way. He started yelling, refused to acknowledge their mistake, kicked my husband out of the property, and even insulted him, calling him a JERK! This behavior is aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional, especially coming from a manager. No customer deserves to be treated this way for simply questioning a service they already paid for. On top of that, over the phone we were told the diagnostic would cost $150, but when he arrived, they charged him $190 instead, without any clear explanation or prior approval. I’m not sure if the business is struggling or if they are just trying to squeeze every dollar out of customers, but that does not excuse treating people with aggression, disrespect, and racism. This is on the manager, not the customer, and it shows a complete lack of integrity and basic decency. I strongly warn anyone to stay away from this place.

If I could give them more stars I would, they went way above and beyond what I expected. I have a 2013 Audi S6 that had a transmission failure, They sourced a reman unit and found a good used 1. They contacted my warranty company , They warranty company took a week to get their inspector out to look at it, another week to get the work approved. By then the good used transmission was gone. So Trent and his team located another on, but determined it was not worth installing . Well it turns out I have a odd ball transmission , which became nearly impossible to locate another 1. For over a month they kept trying to find another 1 with no luck. The whole time Trent and his team kept me in the loop as to what is going on. I finally made the call to just get the reman unit from Audi. I picked up the car and was very impressed , as always Trent and his staff were very respectful explained any questions that I had. I get to the car it was very well cleaned no finger prints or marks that should not be there. I am very picky when it comes to other people working on my cars and Trent and his team are by far the best that I have ever dealt with. If you have a Audi or any other brand of car they work on I would highly recommend Lone Star Bavarian long before I would recommend taking it to the dealer.
