I first became aware of Vo Automotive Service almost 20 years ago, they were performing a diagnoses on a problem with my sister's car, and I, having knowledge of automotive systems informed my sister what her problem might be which would require a more economical/cost effect, less expensive repair than what the initial general diagnostic was indicating. They performed a thorough test of the system, discovered the problem was less involved. The techs performed the repair and charged for the less costly repair. (For me, that was ABSOLUTE HONESTY & INTEGRITY and I have recommended them to numerous associates of mine) At the time of this review, I will be making another engine repair referral., ~FREDDIE DAVIS

This place is GREAT! I've been here twice, and the first time I saw the owner's interaction with a customer that solidified that he is not in this business to try to run up your bill. This is an actual trustworthy person who went the extra mile to call AutoZone about my battery's warranty for me. He got it replaced for free and I didn't even have to make a phone call!!! If you need vehicle repairs/service, go to this place.

This place used to be great, until they recently changed management. Since then, the customer service has went all the way down. When you call or go in person, the staff is rude and seem like they don't care and sometimesthey will recommendyou to go somewhere else.. When you ask for an estimate, it's like pulling teeth. Everywhere else I call, i get a ballpark estimate. A little kindness and authentic friendliness can bring you great referrals and take this business a long way.

Undoubtedly, the only mechanic I will take my cars to. Because of their busy schudule they asked me to bring my car in at a certain time. I did that, and within hours had a phone call telling me what needed to be done based on the list that I left them of what I wanted looked at. 24 hours later my car was ready to go. Their speed of service is fantastic and their price came in actually under what I had expected to pay for what needed to be done. Thank you for the entire staff for your kindness, conversation, and fantastic workmanship. I prefer local business to get my money and Vo Automotive will always be the one I go to when I need Superior Service and expert advice. Thank you once again from a loyal customer.

I NEVER write reviews but these mechanics deserve another good rating. They fixed my left wheel bearing and were very professional. I got updated via phone and was explained in detail what they worked on. It definitely helped that the cost was reasonable, especially during a trying time. Will be going back if I ever need work done again. If you need a trustworthy mechanic, this is the place !!!!

When our 12 year old Nissan Versa's engine started to misfire I thought it was done for. Vo talked me through various options and though it took a while, he rebuilt the engine for a very fair price such that we could continue to drive our trusty family car for hopefully many more miles. This is just one out of many instances where Vo Automotive has shone with great service and great prices. For years they've serviced multiple vehicles from our family and others that we've known and all have had great experiences. It's a blessing to have such a great auto center in our neighborhood!

I just wanna give a shout out to this place. Long story short a tow truck broke my radiator skid plate/lower Support bar, And I brought it here to see if they could do a temporary fix and not only did they do that but it cost me nothing which I didn’t expect. This is my first time coming here because it was right down the road from the towing facility and I can’t recommend these guys enough. Vo is the one mechanic that will not only work for you he takes pride in his work and service and strives to make it right. I dropped off my Kia there for an issue I had for 2 years. No other mechanic could figure out what was wrong and would charge every time I would bring it back for the same problem. Vo not only solved the issue when he misdiagnosed it he fixed it properly for no added charge! He provides excellent service and takes care of his customers. I will never go anywhere else!
