AWESOME Work, EXCELLENT Interaction, FULL Disclosure, FIDUCIARY Guidance and Advice for my 2003 F-150 with 351,000 miles. (My nephew owns an F150, 4Runner, and Honda van and won't allow anybody but Robert's Automotive to touch his vehicles and now, neither will I)! Matt advised not to spend any more than necessary and after running diagnostics he texted the estimate which was far below what I had expected. The following day I was able to drive away with a complete tune-up, servicing, emissions pass, and new friends - the Roberts family. These people are the Real Deal. Efficient, courteous, honest, fair, and FAST. I called them on Wednesday afternoon when my car wouldn't start. They told me they can look at it on Friday, but to go ahead and tow it in on Thursday. They looked at it Thursday and started to replace the starter. I also needed a full brake job and they told me it would be done by Friday mid afternoon. My can was finished ahead of schedule, under budget, with full disclosure and great communication the whole time. I cant see myself going anywhere else when I need a mechanic.

SERIOUSLY AWESOME AFFORDABLE SERVICE 😊 Matt and Dustin Roberts have been servicing my 2008 Toyota Tundra for over 15 years now and my brothers Toyota vehicles as well. Their approach is honest and affordable and well worth the drive from anywhere in the DFW area. They have saved me in many case over 50% of what a franchised dealer would charge. My most recent visit was for an oil leak on the driver's side of the engine. The quote given was to replace the valve cover gasket and it came in a few hundred less than other quotes from independent mechanics. I delivered my vehicle to them and they explained that they were replacing both the driver's side and passenger side valve cover gaskets 😲 BONUS.... and it was for the price quoted. ALSO, they said they may be keeping my vehicle overnight which was not a problem for me however, the job was completed in just over 6 hours. I've shared this information with many of my friends and family over the years and I know that many have taken their vehicles of any kind to them. I am now writing this review to share with others. I just hope it doesn't get them to busy where I have to wait weeks instead of a day or two to get my vehicle in for service🤣😂
