Brought my car in for CV joint replacement. Was told only the dealership had the part, paid 1300 for service and part my issue wasn’t fixed. Brought to another mechanic who informed me by CV joints weren’t brought from the manufacture and that my axel is bent and wasn’t put in correctly.( every time I turn it’s hitting my transmission)The new mechanic won’t even touch the CV axel as they don’t want to be found liable for the issue. I’m calling the better business bureau , along with 8 on your side to report this shop. I am beyond disgusted. I only gave this place a one because, I couldn’t leave a review otherwise.

Update.. 05/08/2024... Hands down the best mechanic I know! I would give 100 stars if it let me! Jose the mechanic test drove the car with me and told me exactly what was wrong. Which was very helpful because it turned out to be less serious than what I thought. Very friendly and helpful. Don't let the look outside fool you. They stay busy for a reason!

I never leave reviews, but Lorenzo treated me so well that I had to leave one. I had an issue that was caused by my negligence when I was working on my truck. Nobody at all wanted to touch it. Lorenzo told me he’d take a look at it, so I towed the truck there. A day and a half later my truck was fixed, and here I am sitting in my f150 again super happy that Lorenzo and his team were able to take care of me. Very nice guy that will treat you like family. Price was also very fair. My new go to mechanic for sure!!

Did a faulty headlight install that cost my friend over $1000. Did not correctly install one headlight and it rained inside and destroyed the headlight. Owner refused to correct and replace stating no after market warranty. Which if the headlight had been installed correctly I would not have an issue!

Honestly, Quality and Affordable! I have been bringing my cars to Jose Cabrera for years and recommended many to his shop. All very satisfied. Just remember not to rush your doctor during surgery… Very busy specially on weekends.
