I just recently bought a car and had an exhaust issue and tried fixing it before bringing it to Lou’s. The owner (Andy) explained to me that it wasn't really fixed and reassured me that he will make my car feel like it is brand new! The car runs as smooth as butter now no rattling sounds anymore. Price is very reasonable.

Andy did a great job on two of the vehicles I had exhaust leaks. He walked me through the process and showed me the damaged areas of the exhaust and gave me logical options on what made more sense for each scenario. Andy is always real with the price, and to any one that thinks it could be expensive, remember he got to run a business pay his guys and keep the lights on. Plus he gives you two year warranty on the work. Great job as always.

Not punctual on time! Agreed two weeks ago for an appointment on Saturday morning and no one showed up. There were also two clients waiting. I stayed until 9am (8am open) and left. Very unprofessional and no respect for my time, especially on our off day. I remember Lou's Custom Exhaust was once a great place for custom exhausts and repairs. I guess this new generation can decide when they want to come in to work. I took my business to a more reliable and trustworthy shop that actually opened when they are supposed to.

I have been a Lous customer since my days when I was in the import scene. We mostly dealt with the Revere location at the time. Today I needed some repair work on the exhaust of my daily driver. Right away I was greeted and asked what the issue was. Lucky for me it was not that busy and my car was brought in and looked at. The best thing about the place is that I was presented with options with zero pressure. I decided on what was best for me and proceeded with the repair. One thing I took note to is how clean the shop is inside and out (look at the photos). I was observing the guys working on the cars assigned to them and they where all taking note and making sure their work is lined up perfectly before welding the part in. I'm glad I came here as I also took note from other customer reviews. Best of all is that it's in my city not far from anywhere around here.

I 100% recommend 180 Commercial St in Lynn. Eric is extremely friendly, and the prices are crazy. When I went to another shop, they charged me 2,500 for an exhaust replacement, and he only did it for a quarter. I truly recommend it and would go back there without hesitation.
